Cute but arrived broken... updated review to 5 stars

Arrived quickly and it’s soooo cute. But it’s broken.... I’m so upset because it’s a wedding shower gift, and it’s adorable. But I can’t believe it’s broken. Box it came in is fine also Updated 5/10: the company overnighted me a new one! Very happy with how easy they made this and how fast they sent the replacement. I love it. My dad is a carpenter, he said since the grains are going opposite ways and wood shrinks and grows due to temperature, it does break sometimes. My friend is going to use this for decoration in her kitchen to be safe. She loves it also.

Can't Rave Enough.5+stars.

This was shipped ahead of scheduled. Bubble wrapped package with board in a nice white gift box. The lettering was even better than I had thought it might be. Etching was deep enough to be visible, shallow enough not to be a problem. I ordered style 1 since I wanted the three lines on the middle size rectangular board. I feel the words were personally formatted for better eye appeal, I could not be happier. Yes, because the texture of any wood is not typically uniform some areas of the etching were darker than other areas. That being said, it looks just fine. If I felt the shading was a problem I would buy some stain and an artist brush to carefully darken it more. Even then I would not expect the shading to be uniform throughout the etching Bravo! I would certainly order again

Wish I had wasted less time researching and went ahead and ordered this one. It’s a solid choice. Went with the largest offer size. Made a great gift for my first wedding anniversary.

Beautiful

Received it in the mail today. This will be a gift for a friend getting married in a couple of days. Material is sturdy and beautiful. They have variety of designs and this one is perfectly youthful for this young couple. The letters and designs are clear. I've ordered a 12x8 before and it was small and not really too eye catching. This one is 15x10 and a nice size to be displayed. So my advice is, order a big one.

Bought As A Gift

I bought one as a gift for a couple that seems to have everything! When I seen this cutting board that could be personalized, I knew I had found something for them. They did a beautiful job designing it, and received it very fast!

Great quality and nice design

This came in exactly as we wanted for a gift. It is super nice! Love the walnut, and the etchings are great. Deep enough to see them well. Recieved in a short time, which was important to us as the gift needed to be for a certain date. Very pleased with this and would buy again!

Personalization Labs are awesome to work with. They created my personalized cutting board within just one week! How impressive is that?! Looking at their previous work done and many options to choose from, I was anticipating my cutting board to arrive in most likely two weeks. Not the case at all! I ordered my cutting board for an engagement gift and I cant wait to give it to them! I'd also like to add how generous they are.
