So easy to use to get most crab meat out

We used to use plier and crab meat pick, or use rubber hammer to crack Dungeness crab. This tool set is so much better. For hard shells in claws or big part of legs, the tool cracker is ideal and works great. For the soft parts, the red tool can be used like can opener to zip open the shell, or the short curved scissor can be used to cut open the soft well. The pick can be used to grab and pull out meat from edges and corners of shells. Using this tool set, eating crab is a much more efficient, pleasant experience, and we got more crab meat than we usually could. This is a great tool set for anyone who eats crab regularly.

A lot for your money

I bought this item as a Xmas gift for my son. He goes crabbing every year and we are always looking for a better way to crack, clean and eat the hard to get to meat. I have used all the implements in this set and they are first rate and make an attractive gift in the packaging.

First of all the packaging was very nice! The tools are accompanied by a nice velvet drawstring storage bag. Everything you need to demolish your favorite shellfish is included. Tools are quality sturdy materials and will last a long time! Happy with my purchase.

Overall great purchase

This set arrived promptly and so well packed, including a nice fabric drawstring storage bag. Very pleased for this number of items at this price point. Also, a two year warranty from the seller(Hiware) and a very nice handwritten thank you note. So glad to have these as we have a traditional seafood feast on Christmas Eve with more people each year.

Just what we needed to make our NY Eve dinner perfect!

We have a tradition of serving cracked crab for our NY Eve guests. And every year, at the last minute, we find that in spite of a commitment made a year earlier to go out and buy crab crackers and picks, we invariably forget--resorting to channel locks, assorted pliers, rubber mallets, and sheer force to extract the delicacies from their stubborn shells. This year, I remembered our perennial forgetfulness and ordered these from Amazon. They turned an always fun affair into a more elegant one.

Great Set!

Love, Love this entire set. Comes with it's own bag which is huge to keep the set together. My family is and always has been big seafood people, so good tools are necessary. I have used them several times already. They work well. They clean well. I do put them into my dishwasher only because I have a third top rack( love this rack) for utensils only; otherwise, I would handwash them. They washed very well with no issues. This set is so complete, I should not need to purchase any more.

I am so bummed that I did not take photos, but honestly it was because our entire family "was in the moment"! We absolutely LOVED the SEAFOOD TOOL SET! We usually have prime rib for Christmas dinner, but because of the success and fun with our seafood fest and these amazing tools, we now have a new tradition and THESE TOOLS will forever now be a part of our Christmas dinner! Sturdy cracker, sheller and pick

The seafood tools appear to be well constructed. The crackers are heavy and of restaurant quality. All of the tools easily fit inside the storage bag.

Good buy

I got these because every now and then, my family and I would have some lobsters or crabs and these tools make it easier to get the meat out of the shells. I like that there are 6 pcs per tool, except for the scissors. That means we don’t have to take turns using the tools. And the quality is very good and solid. I recommend these for those who line to eat shellfish.
