Incredible Light

I am so surprised. A friend suggested this as my room where I do all my projects is dark and though I have lights, none are where I have my sewing machine. I was going to buy another lamp but this works great. This little light is amazing. It is easy to attach and gives me more direct light than anything I have had in the past. I may buy one for my sister in law for her birthday.

Great Light Overall - Love it

This light is just great! I bought it for my wife sewing machine but I liked it so much that I just other a second one for my working space. This is really a multi-use light... Looks well-built, everything looks high quality... The light itself is pretty bright, and have a dimmer which I think was an excellent idea cause the light is really bright and in some cases, you would like less intense light. Great buy overall.

I can see clearly now!

This light just came in handy for my aging eyes. I have a hard time concentrating on sewing straight lines with the built in light. Now I can see it very clear due to its fantastic natural hue lighting. The installation is a breeze and it came with great instruction and diagram. I definitely recommend this product to all sewers.

Bought it for my girlfriend

My girlfriend, who does quilting, always complained about the scarce light coming from her sewing machine. Everything else is great in her baby lock, but not so much the lighting, so I gave it a shot and bought it. I thought, since is an inexpensive item, what do I have to lose? She is very happy with her new accessory. She cut it to the proper length (please as the little manual says, don't do it while powered) applied to the body of the sewing machine with the self-adhesive tabs provided in the kit and connected the power to the USB port coming with the sewing machine. A neat feature is that through the little "remote" (it's part of the power cord) she can change the intensity of lights, which can be even too bright. The power cord is pretty long and the kit comes with Velcro strips in order to stick it to the machine power cord. The kit comes with a wall USB adapter for those machines without an USB port; it's not my gf's case, but it is a nice touch to have it included. She can use it for charging her phone etc. She is extremely happy with this purchase, and if she's happy, I am happy :-) Also the price is absolutely reasonable for the quality of the product. Being LED lights I expect durability as well, though I cannot speak about that, yet. Kudos to Madam Sew!

Versatile, adjustable, dimmable

I've liked Madam Sew's products that I've gotten before, and expected good quality from the sewing machine light. But after I ordered it, was concerned whether the brightness could be adjusted? Not to worry! Indeed, the switch has up and down buttons that fully brighten and dim the light as needed. Easy to apply under the machine's arm. (I don't understand how it can still work if you cut off any extra unneeded length, but it does!) Being stick-on adhesive, you can put this on any sewing machine - or in ANY place that you need extra linear light.

Bright, adjustable, extra-long power cord and perfect for what I need!

I'm truly amazed at how much easier this has made my work. These lights are BRIGHT, but there are 11 levels of brightness so you can adjust them down if necessary. The cord is really long too, so I can reach a convenient power outlet and the control box glows a nice shade of blue in the dark so you can always see it. These lights let me see the details that I would miss under my ordinary workroom lights. Not sure how I ever worked with them! Would definitely purchase again!

absolutely wonderful!! I can see my embroidery again!!

This is the best product!! It's bright but doesn't hurt your eyes. It's adjustable. There's clips that stick to your machine for the cord so it doesn't get in the way of embroidering. I am blind in one eye and the sure does help! It's easy to install, simple instructions.

I love this light

I’m getting older and my Janome 4120 just doesn’t have enough light for these old eyes when I’m sewing. This was very easy to install and great when I sew or quilt. My neighbor wants one for Christmas and a coworker wants one for her new sewing machine. Great price to pay to shine a little light in the subject.

Easy to install and bright!

This was super easy to install. The kit comes with very detailed instructions and anchors to secure the cord to the machine and Velcro to hold together will the machine cord. The power cord is long and reached the outlet with ease. The light is very bright and I love it! Couldn’t be happier with this sewing machine light! I would purchase this again
