Could not be happier.

So far, so good....

Works as expected, has been in-service several hours and so far so good.

Good beginner machine under $500.

This machine arrived very quickly it was well packaged. We had reviewed dozens of websites and YouTube videos in order to be prepared. Translated instructions were included but an Ikea style manual would have proved more helpful. Do your homework before purchasing. Join FB groups and watch videos. Remove the blue protective tape and tape on the lens and mirrors. Once the mirrors were aligned, all the tape was removed, and the reflective surfaces were cleaned it has performed very well. We are currently using the software that came with it, which is very simplistic, but easy to learn. We do have an extensive background in illustrator, Photoshop, and Silhouette design. I think this makes the learning curve a little bit easier.
