Perfect for my use

Hooks right up to my Chromebook, works great, perfect for watch movement inspection. Much better quality picture than i expected. Awesome.

Great Camera, Great Magnification

I purchased this camera to inspect the inside of a USB charging port to see if the pins were bent before ordering a new component. All my other magnifiers could not put enough light into the port. This camera has various brightness LEDs which allow me to see clearly. I could use this camera to see the tiniest particle on an object. I could see a speck on my finger that I could not see with my naked eye. Great magnification for the price. I had trouble setting up and the tech support was great. In the end the problem wasn't with the camera or software, it was how my computer was set up. Great idea for schools.

How to be efficient

for coins, especially error coins, because the proof is in the pictures of coins, especially when a buyer is 2000 miles away and he wants a clear picture of something the naked eye cannot see. This digital microscope is a 99 out of a hundred, and is my third digital this year. Compared to my second it is like a oasis in the desert. Absolutely an outstanding microscope all the way around, I had it going in 15 minutes by myself, and it takes nice pictures and got to love the 1000X magnification. Also it is adaptable as far as different positions and short ranges, if it could take a picture of a silver dollar a foot away it would be a 100 out of a hundred. By far the best overall digital microscope I have ever owned. And thats not even talking about the price, excellent price, it makes me wonder about the second one I bought 6 months ago, high priced and still no software, that microscope cost me thousands and your microscope may have saved my young business, your going to do very well with your digital microscope, thank you LRGarcia

Impatient!

The retailer's impatience at receiving review almost got him a negative. That would have been a shame to rate this excellent product less than a five. As of yet the only problem has been that the magnification is too intense, but I have not yet had the time to read the manual.

I like the telescope for looking at coins. It can be extremely touchy so it takes getting used to but the quality is great. Shipped fast also!

Great case

This is the second one I bought. The original one I bought a year or so ago did not come with the great case that this one now comes with.

A well built product.

I had my doubts at first but this inexpensive microscopes does everything that I wanted it for.I do a lot of roll searching of coins and using the microscope in the hand held position has cut my time in half,not only can I quickly check coins for dates but can zero in on them and check the tiniest of detail.I love the sharp picture that I can watch on my computer screen,for the price this small microscope has outdone itself.I definitely would refer to my friends .

good value for very small things

It works well and is a good value for small items. However, I was interested in using it for coins and you can not capture a full coin under this microscope. As you zoom out to capture the whole coin, the image is no longer clear. You can do very well zooming in on parts of a coin, I just wish I could also see the full coin with this microscope.
