Easy to install. I haven't run tests yet, but it worked when I plugged into the ports. No added wires needed, just a straight shot plug in. My windows 10 pro found it like a dart and installed the standard windows driver in a heart beat. It's sturdy and does what it says it does, at least as far as I can tell. Time will tell me more, and if there are any horror stories, then I'll repost, but for now it's excellent. I put it into an HP Envy Phoenix 810-330 QE which uses an MS-7826 version 1 Motherboard. Has 3 extra PCIE×1 slots, so I just plugged it in. 👍

Using this on a dated Intel I7 3.4 CPU and Mother board - the MB has limited USB 3.0 ports and a older chip set so these units (2) came in quite handy and work faster than the on board USB 3.0 chip set - great for my application.

Works fine, no problems in i7 Windows Pro system. Don't have the capability to confirm its speed.

Keep in mind I had to change bios settings to get this card to work. If your computer doesn't recognize card check bios settings.

This USB card was really easy to install by following the instructions. It seems to work fine. It is a good value for the money.

Pros: Easy to install (no sata cables or anything extra for power), No drivers to worry about. Cons: Slightly higher in price due to the design than cheaper options. It's worth the extra cost if you don't want to have additional wires to worry about.

Excellent product for the price. I installed it in an older pc, and now have superfast usb. Backup now takes fraction of the time it used to take.

Adding additional USB 3 ports on the back of my pc
