One of my BEST Amazon Purchases to Date!

I’ve placed 134 orders in the past 6 months. 156 orders in 2019 alone. I can say with 100% certainty that this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. I am elated that it was a $13 purchase. This is not a travel steamer. This is a full size steamer. Whoever said it was a travel size steamer was wrong. Pictures attached for detail, my hand for size. I had never used a steamer prior to using this one. I have recently begun ironing my clothes at the ripe age of 29 (I know, I know). But this steamer is a game changer! I steamed a pair of pants in maybe 2 minutes. They looked great and didn’t have the iron wrinkles and/or marks! Love! It heats up so fast and it blows out incredibly hot steam. Really, just the best. I would pay far above $13 for this steamer. I would purchase it as a gift, I would purchase it again for myself so I could have 2 steamers and steam multiple things at once. Fast, lightweight and convenient!

This steamer is amazing! I have no clue how to iron traditionally. The dryer has been my go to for wrinkles. That can be a huge waste of time and electric. With this steamer I can now iron out wrinkles in under a min! It heats up quickly and the tank of water allowed me to iron 3 shirts before needing a quick refill. I would highly recommend this product.

UPDATE: Upon posting my initial review, the company reached out to me and offered to send a new unit. EXCELLENT customer service! They take pride in customer satisfaction and the quality of their product! I ordered this product because I'm a tired, grouchy mom. My teenage son is always in need of crisp-looking outfits for band functions, and I refuse to stand at my kitchen island ironing curtain panels for another second! This product was quick and easy to use - no complicated instructions or fuss. I used distilled water and the unit heated within 10 seconds. I was able to steam (1) 50 x 80 hanging curtain panel in approximately 10 minutes. I also steamed my son's shirt in 2 minutes flat (not the best photo, but notice the collar looks exceptional). I didn't think to capture "before" pictures as I was quite rushed that day, but I can assure you both of these items were wrinkled to the point of ridiculousness. The curtain is actually a thick blackout panel - it was so wrinkled prior to steaming that it didn't even hang correctly. Unfortunately, the bottom portion of my water tank doesn't have an airtight seal. When filling with water on my kitchen counter, the bottom detached entirely and water spilled everywhere. The water was at a level well below the "max" line when this occurred. I reconnected the bottom piece and sealed it to the best of my ability, quickly steamed the curtain panel, and water dripped on my wooden floor the entire time. My floor was by no means flooded, but it did require cleanup and I noticed water had also leaked onto the cord portion of the unit. I decided to try again, filled the water tank, and the bottom portion detached again. I sealed it, quickly steamed my son's shirt, and water continued dripping throughout the process. I deducted 1 star only because of my water tank issue, and will likely return/exchange this product as it's quite possible I received a defective unit. Other than that, it works great and does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's easy to use, definitely saves time, and only requires a small space to store. I didn't find it bulky or awkward to hold and it didn't cause any damage when applied directly to the fabric.

Excellent Travel Steamer

I like this product a lot. It does exactly what it is designed for, which is to produce a large amount of steam quickly to remove wrinkles from clothing. The steamer is nicely designed with an easy to fill and adequately sized water reservoir and indicator lamp to show when it has reached proper temperature. The construction of the product is good and feels like it is of nice quality. There is one included brush that snaps on the end of the steamer and the tip of the steamer appears to be a non-stick surface, in the event that the machine is used without the brush. Overall I am very satisfied!
