An adorable machine that gets the job done!

I bought this item for its size. I loom knit and I wanted to be able to carry a machine with me to work. This size is perfect and it knits up quickly. Pictured is the machine itself, as well as a scarf I knitted on it! Pompoms did not come from the machine of course. Note- as with most knitting machines, any extra tension on the working yarn can cause it to jam. Make sure that you pull out your yarn as you go to make sure the machine has as little tension as possible to work against.

The handle stripped after the 30 days and did not think that there was anything I could do now. So I contacted their customer support, and they could been no nicer! They are replacing my machine! Well definitely do business with this company again!

Soon after I placed the order, Jamit sent me a PDF copy of the user manual without me asking. It was extremely helpful. When the item arrived just two days later, it had the freebie pompom maker included as promised. As I used the machine, it made a weird noise and I contacted the seller. They replied quickly with some suggestions for resolving the problem with a promise to replace it if I continued to have issues. Overall, I’m happy with the product and very happy with the customer service. If you want to purchase a Sentro Knitting Machine, I definitely recommend Jamit! They have both the large and small Sentro knitting machines.

Sentro 22 needle went BELLY UP

I loved the sentro little machine while it was working. but with in the month about 50 small circles into an afghan the gears stripped. rendering it useless.. to late to return , I also have the larger Sentro 48 so can use the needles for spare parts if needed. Really disappointed.. since submitting this review I have had the best service from the company and a new one is on the way already.. I have 2 other sentros and they are great. Just seems a little defect in this one and expect no troubles with another thanks for the great service
