I got the frame for my Mother-In-Law who just lost her dog. Very sweet dog that held on to the very end. She said it was so heart felt she couldn't even stop crying. It hit strait to the heart. I have not had to use it as of yet (Thank God) but I have a kitty with a linfoma and has lost a lot a weight, but I,m giving her med. so she's ok for now but can be gone at anytime!
