Good quality kraft paper - it's a bit rough though, so if you're writing with felt tip markers, it might catch just a little.

My favorite sheet pan liners
I have purchased this item 2 times now and I just had to review it so everyone would know how awesome they are! They fit my pans perfect with little to no hang over and I don't have to worry about cutting them, I just grab one, throw it on my pan, and boom I'm ready to get my cook/bake on! By far my favorite liners and I have tried a lot. Most aren't big enough, but these are perfect.
