I returned the first set got the new ones and returned them at first they worked flawlessly then they started sticking when using them

It is a good extra ps3 controller when you need it

This is a pretty nice playstation 3 controller to have if you are looking for a spare controller. It is pretty easy to pair all you need to do is plug it in and it connects to your playstation 3 pretty easily. The controller itself feels a bit cheap in material compared to the original controller; however, I am pretty happy with the performance. The device is able to turn your console on once you have it paired. The controller feels pretty good in my hand and comfortable. The responsiveness is pretty much on point. There is not drift or lag from using this controller. I was able to play first person shooter with this controller pretty nicely. The buttons feel pretty decent and the main buttons do look different from the original manufactured controller. It is not confusing but at least it is easy to distinguish between the controllers. It has the same color style of the original controller. The orange for low/charging the controller. It utilize a four pin charging cable to charge and can work while being charged and the cable it comes with is pretty decent length so that is a plus side. This controller can work with a playstation 3 and your computer but you need to be connected directly via wire. I was able to hook this controller up to my computer with an adapter that allows pretty much any controller to your switch/computer. It functions pretty well with the playstation 3 and the computer. If you want to use this with a playstation 3 I would recommend getting a longer cable. The recharge time is what is advertise. It takes about two to three hours to full charge but can be used during this time which is nice. It also does have the touch pad like the playstation 4 controller which is nice. You can access options and home just like the original controller as well. When it first arrived, I was able to get three hours of play time on the initial battery charge. After fully charging it a few times it last about eight to seven hours. On a side by side comparison the controller it is the same size as the oem PS3 controller. Overall this controller is a great alternative to paying 40 dollars for an OEM controller (I am sure you can get it cheaper nowadays). It works great and can actually turn your PS3 on from sleep which is nice. It pretty much connects in less than two seconds. One small thing is that when it gets low battery it actually starts to lag and drift due to connection. Also your ps3 may not give an accurate battery indicator for the controller as it is third party. Other than the controller feeling a bit cheap in material, this is a pretty awesome controller.

Works good. It is nice for when my grandsons play playstation games. I don't have to be going over cords. Easy to set up and use.

Does work with PS 3 Console

So far although iv'e only use for a short 20 minutes of game play navigation , it does work . I will do an update review in the future hopefully with video . O. k. I'm not able to have video of controller use , but it does work PS 3 power button on/off is some what recessed making it requiring more pressure needed for functionality of use but does work just need to pay more attention when pressing buttons that they were actually pressed and not just thought they were . Not as good as original Sony PlayStation controllers but it does work

Great value for money!

I got these for my 5 and 7 year old so they'd have their own controllers. They are really well made! We've had no issues with them at all, and can hardly tell a difference in quality and battery life between these and the Sony controllers. I thought, you can't go wrong for the price...but these surpassed my expectations.

Great extra set for little kids who don't quite know how to take care of your original DS3s. I tried them on a handful of games, and they work really well for the most part. Main issue is with fighting games as the dpad is a little stiff and responsiveness of input isn't as precise as it ought to be. Otherwise extremely happy with the value and quality of the build for the price.

Works Great

After ordering a battery to replace the one in my PS3 remote and having the battery be to large, I ordered this remote. It was less expensive than the battery kit, took less time to get set up and it works! Won’t be trying to replace a battery again! I will probably get a 2nd one since the PS 3 has been discontinued.
