Love my new office chair!

Love my new office chair. I work long hours in front of a computer. This is so much more comfortable than my fancy leather office chair. It allows (encourages) movement, mainly bouncing and rocking. When I get up to walk around I am not stiff and sore from sitting. I have better posture while sitting because you cannot really slouch on this and there are several different ways to sit on this: normal feet front, straddle, cross legs (think meditation style) or on my knees. I realize I sound like a fidgety teenager but actually I am in my 40s and look for ways to improve my everyday life and this was a good buy!

Fun to use.

This exercise ball is lots of fun to use. It’s sturdy it’s been used over and over by my teenage kids playing around with it and it’s still holding strong for its intended use. I bought it because my daughter is currently dealing with bursitis is on physical restriction and has to properly stretch her hip daily so she can get back to her sports. I got the smaller one and it’s perfect for her size. She’s 5’2” and weighs 105. She’s can balance really well since day one but she has to focus on using it to side stretch so her hip gets the benefits. As long as this ball withstands the fun it provides her friends and siblings she’ll keep using it because it provides her ways to stretch that she can’t really do otherwise.

Very durable

This ball is great. Got it for my son as a chair to sit on while he plays video games cause most chairs hurt his back after a while. He loves it and he can get some bounce in while playing, which helps him cause he can never stay still. Very durable it has been played with over and over as well

Great quality that holds air over time!

There are a lot of poor examples of these balls around, many are too thin, or don't hold air over time, but this one so far has been great, I haven't had to refill it and it appears to be keeping its size/pressure perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy another or recommend these to others.

Great for pregnancy!

I’m seven months pregnant and got this ball to take pressure off my back when sitting and it has helped enormously! Before, I wasn’t able to sit for more than 5 minutes without getting so uncomfortable and this has been a total game changer! Super easy to inflate and feels very durable! Highly recommend!!

Good for exercise, pregnancy and kids!

I’m six months pregnant, and I have four kids under the age of seven, and let me tell you this is like a one stop shop! It helps me do my stretches to help my sciatic nerve pain, it helps me do pregnancy exercises, and my kids absolutely love it. Very worth the buy and very good quality!

Great buy!

Good quality stability ball. I use this for abs mainly but I know there's a lot if other exercises I can do on this. Easy to air up. Have to let it sit out of package in room temperature before inflating.
