Very sharp! This is a great 8inch chef knife for the price. The thin but sturdy blade works very well in all applications. Any kind of meat and vegetables. This is a well built knife. I would recommend this product.The damascus chef knife well balanced and fits my hand perfectly.

Great knife at an affordable price.

This is a high quality knife. It has a nice heft to it but not too heavy. Super sharp and comfortable to hold. And it looks good as well. I have a Shun as my go to chefs knife and this is close to the same quality. Blade seems a bit thicker than the Shun but it is just as sharp. Great knife at an affordable price.

I got this for my mom and she loves it

I got this for my mom and she was very excited to start using it. The box it came in was quite a nice touch too she liked opening it and it really looked premium. Based on her experience she looks like she is very happy with how sharp it is and it is a nice size for her to cut meat. The handle is also quite comfortable when i tried cutting some tougher cuts of meat. I was very happy my mom really liked it and felt that the quality was good. This is a nice knife for the price.

Knife cuts everything like butter you will want to try to cut the thinnest you can with this knife.
