Most spiralizers offer an assortment of different widths while keeping the thickness standard. Briefton has changed the game by offering different thicknesses as well as different widths. How would you know this? They have now embossed in black on top of each blade the width, thickness and name of each one. This makes it so much easier to choose a blade. My favorite is the new 4mm x 3mm Tagliatelle blade. The problem when cooking spiralized vegetables is that it is much too easy to overcook them. I usually use the microwave for 1-2 minutes but this can also result in overcooking. Having this thicker noodle helps keep it from getting soft and mushy when cooked. I love it. Only the 4mm x 5.5mm curly fry blade (included with the 7 blade as well) matches it in thickness, and both are exclusive to Briefton as fas I can tell. There is a new Fine Wavy Slicer to supplement the Coarse Wavy Slicer (included with the 7 blade) but I still prefer the coarse one for making potato chips in my air fryer. And the other new blade is another flat slicer, choose either the 2 mm or 3mm. I always prefer the thicker one (3mm), again to prevent overcooking. But there have been ergonomic improvements as well. The blade caddy goes on the unit effortlessly as the underneath recess has been redesigned a bit. I always had to fidget with the 7 blade unit but not close to being deal breaker for it. The blade release, clamp and storage caddy, plus the tray with cover are standard on the 7 blade and this one. Not sure what more you would want. And the above mentioned the dimensions and name of each blade in easy to read black lettering on top of each blade. This gentle improvements make this the VERY best of the 7-8 spiralizers I have used, including past Briefton models. And the price is great right now. If you have any problem, the customer service is second to none. I had an issue with a previous one of their spiralizers and a new one was sen within days. If you have been waiting to purchase a spiralizer, this is the one to get. I can't imagine any further improvements that can be made.

I bought this for a low carb diet I have started and it is absolutely wonderful. It has 10 different blades 2 stay in the bottom of the unit and one is inserted ready to go. The others have a container they stay in and that container attaches at the top. So far I have only used 3 blades with zucchini, which it cut through it like butter. In my video I held the front of it, only because I had it a little off center and the zucchini was getting a little soft because I had picked it from the garden a week earlier. I love the little rectangular container that came with it. It catches the noodles and then stores your noodles perfectly. I told my mother about this spiralizer and now she has ordered one.

I have been looking at spiralizers for quite sometime and couldn’t decide on one to get so I took a chance and bought this one and I LOVE IT!! First thing I did was clean it and run up to the store and bought some zucchini to make zoodles and they came out PERFECT. No mess, easy clean up. I just rinsed the blade and wiped the base down. As you can see in the picture there really wasn’t anything to wipe up. I used the spaghetti blade this time and I’m going to play with some other blades and vegetables later tonight :) All the blades are marked with thickness and what they are used for(aka spaghetti) easy instructions and an instruction booklet on what veggie works best with each blade and how to “spiral” them. 2 blades set in the bottom for the ones you use most and the rest are nicely put in the container that slides onto the top for storage. There are a few recipes included as well as the website to download the ebooks. If you’re on the fence about which one you should buy then stop! But this one! You will love it! I can’t wait to try other veggies after I eat my zoodles and meatballs!

The sprializer arrived yesterday. I immediately checked the box to make sure there was no damage and that everything was there. A small book with a few recipes and general information is included. I have two of the smaller spiralilzers and was glad about the added improvements on the newer model. I especially like the larger suction cup which holds it down much better and the container to keep things fresh. It also comes with 2 extra blades and a caddy for keeping most of the blades. I did use it last night making some different vegetable curls for a salad. I would have liked to try out the new blades but it wasn't needed. I did take their advice and sprayed oil the spirializer where food would touch to reduce staining. A very good hint. I definitely recommend this spiralizer, it comes at a good price, is easy to take apart and put out back together, and stores very easily. You will love preparing salads and some other things with this. Believe me, you will not go wrong.

This spiralizer is really great. Whether you're cutting for a single serving or you're doing zoodles for the whole family, you'll be done quickly and easily with a uniform size for even cooking. My seven year old can spiralize an entire zucchini by himself in about a minute, so very user friendly! It sticks nicely to the counter when using it so it's not sliding around. The veggie holder slices along a track, so it doesn't wobble or rock out while you're using it. Larger items are definitely easier to cut. There is a circle on the blade that holds the vegetable in place, so once it's going it keeps things straight and moving along nicely. However, this means that smaller items like some carrots, cucumbers, and zucchini don't cut as well. Items 2 inches or more across do really well, though. It's a little big because of all the attachments, but the included organizing drawer is really nice to keep things self contained. It also is great to keep the blades in good shape. Clean up is a breeze if you do it right away. If the veggie bits or juices dry on there are some corners and crevices that are a little hard to get to, but giving it a quick rinse after use eliminated this small issue.

I don't know how you improve on perfection but Brieftons has done just that. Their newest Spiralizer is phenomenal! The variety of blades is outstanding. I can't imagine another size that could possibly be needed. The blades are super sharp. I have included a photo of a pan of sweat potato fries that were cut in under 2 minutes. The design is compact with safety in cutting a priority. I love the included booklet with almost all fruits and vegetables listed along with suggested blades and preparation guidelines. It is so handy that I plan to copy and laminate it to keep it right up on my refrigerator. If you love eating healthy and including spiralized veggies in your diet this is the perfect item to have in your kitchen. Given the high price of store bought spiralized vegetables this tool will quickly pay for itself. It is super easy to use, compact for storage and cleanup is a breeze.

Great product so far! I typically wait to writ a review so I can really see how a product is going to hold up. Last night I spiraled several zucchini’s, squashes, an onion & carrots. Everything worked very well. I went slow with the squash only because of the shape of the squash & I didn’t know how it would do staying attached... no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this product and for the price you can’t beat it. The spiral attachment for my Kitchenaid was between 75-100.00 depending on how many blades you got with it, but was very limited as to what size item you could use in it. Last night I cut a large Visalia onion and had no issues. This came packaged very well. All the pieces were bubbles wrapped so nothing was scratched. The suction on it is amazingly strong. I know some other reviews said they had issues with that, but I suspect the lever to lock it in place wasn’t down all the way because this thing did not move. The tray for the blades is really nice so it all stays together and the tray to catch/ store food in worked perfectly for catching everything. The best part of all is that each blade is numbered AND named which makes it really nice. I downloaded the recipe ebook which came with my purchase & it was very simple & easy to do. If you’re looking for a good spiralizer, look no further. This is well made, solid & sturdy & easy to use. Also it does not take up a huge amount of space in you cabinets & clean up was easy breezy!

I started a low carb diet and really miss my pasta. A friend told me to look into a spiralizer and this is the one I chose. Please understand that I am gadget challenged and it took me let than 5 minutes to wash, put together, and spiralize two large zucchini in spaghetti mode for dinner. Tonight I dine on pasta and I can't wait. This device couldn't be easier to put together and use. I was concerned about clean-up, but a toothbrush (new), hot water and a sponge made the clean-up less than two minutes. I'm going to brown ground beef, garlic, Italian seasoning, and onion - pour in sugar free pasta sauce, sauté the noodles and I will be ready to go. According to the start-up manual, the noodles have to sauté two minutes or less, so dinner will be ready in 15 minutes. This device more than exceeds my expectations. Thank you so much.

Omg I've been playing with the idea of a spiralizer for a long time, but didn't take the plunge until this month. I thought it would be really helpful for my first Whole 30. I did a lot of research....which brand? Electric or manual? Etc. I decided on the Briefton's 10-blade spiralizer and I'm so glad I did!!! It came the day after I ordered it, and I grabbed the first vegetable I could see....a white potato and a sweet potato. I used one of the ribbon blades and did them in my air fryer.....TO PERFECTION!! It took longer to fry them up then it did to unbox it, set it up, spiralize and clean the machine up! I'm so psyched about this thing, and the information and recipes that Briefton's makes available make me excited to experiment. Look out veggies, here I come! :)

Had a little hand-held spiralizer for years but it got dull and I thought, "Heck, why not get a good one?" Am on Keto diet and zoodles or any vegetable noodle are essential in maintaining appetite satisfaction. This one is AWESOME! The storage organization is incredible and well-planned, the blade selection is better than my Salad Shooter and the ease of using is SO much better than the hand-held OR the Salad Shooter! The suction holder is a HUGE asset and the blade(s) turn quit easily. I am an instruction/manual reader and the manual is very extensive, well-written and LOTS of pictures to illustrate the methods and the parts. I also have chickens and the leftovers go to them as well as the occasional treat from veggies that won't be getting used any time soon. Using the Briefton Spiralizer helps equalize the availability of the GOOD STUFF for the birds. So far, zucchini has been the staple but I'm really looking forward to the little recipes that are included in the manual. I also prefer manual operating rather than electrical because the storage and usage are so much more efficient. This is a great tool to have in your kitchen if you're trying to eat more nutritiously.
