Got this vinyl because I was using the last bits of my previous gridded roll. Fifty feet of transfer tape for the price is fantastic. The grid is a nice blue that you can see easily to keep your letters straight. Having the half inch squares helps a lot on measuring and being able to conserve how much you use. The transfer tape itself held my decals and letters nicely and released them easily. I used several types of vinyl media and had no difficulty in getting anything to release from the transfer tape. The pieces are sticky enough that you can use them more than once. Being able to reuse a piece of transfer means a LOT to the people that do a bunch of different vinyls like I do.

Wish I would’ve tried this sooner!

I was too cheap to buy the named brand transfer tape so I would pick up a few rolls of dollar trees clear contact paper. It worked in the beginning while learning, but I found out that I do much better with grids and having the tape firmer so it doesn’t bend as easy. This was recommended by one of my crafting friends and I’m so excited she shared this with me. Also the dollar tree’s contact paper and this product comes very close to price when you figure out the cost per a feet so the fact that I’m not paying anymore money is an added bonus for me!

Affordable and effective

Love this transfer tape! I’ve been in the vinyl business since 2013 and it’s the BEST I’ve tried to date! The tape is perfectly clear (which looks wonderful on the decals I retail) and it has a smaller scale grid that I can appreciate. The tape easily lifted my decal and released exactly as I’d expect. So...bottom line: for the money, this is the perfect transfer tape! Affordable and effective!

I had been using contact paper to transfer my vinyl and would find that it didn’t always work as well as I would like and it was hard to line up items. This transfer tape works great - it’s very sticky (so you need to be very careful placing it on your vinyl, but it picks up and transfers well and it’s easy to line up. It also does rip easily like other transfer tapes I have tried. Very happy with this transfer tape and will purchase again (though I will not be running out for while!)
