Great grinder that can sustain everyday use. Grinds like a champ, tested for months+

In order for me to function on a daily basis I require this unique substance on this Earth called "coffee". It is a wonderful liquid that when prepared properly can elicit smiles from intelligent people. In order for me to prepare the freshest coffee, it requires me to grind fresh coffee beans...which requires a grinder. I had previously been using a hand grinder out of some type of an attempt to be hipster-ish with my coffee. But in reality...it really sucks grinding by hand. My wife had brought an electric coffee grinder into our marriage but it looked straight out of 1992 and was rather loud. Luckily Amazon is creepily listening to everything that I say and within a few days of me complaining about my coffee grinder....Amazon recommends me one! I chose this specific one for a few reasons. One: because it is one of the only coffee/spice grinders on Amazon that lists the power rating in the name. This tells me that they are confident in the power of the grinder if they are including it in the name. Two: It is black and stainless steel, which matches my appliances. Three: It had competent reviews, not reviews that simply said: "OMG THE BEST", or "WORKS GOOD". Four: Amazon's recommendations for me are pretty spot on, I know I will have a higher probability of liking what it recommends aaaand I don't like facilitating excessive returns, free or not, it's time consuming and not pleasant. I like the "noob style" push down start, this prevents me from accidently chopping my digits off. I am sure there is an Amazon reviewer that has the "Expert Coffee Appliances" badge and has reviewed dozens of coffee grinders. I do not have that fancy tag. However I do think that I can rate a grinders ability to grind. This grinder gets my seal of approval. I did not use this for a couple days and toss a 5 star on the review. I used this for months and put all sorts of coffee beans in the grinder, dry beans, super oily fresh beans, large beans, and small beans. This grinder has not disappointed me or failed me yet. Wonderful product..

Everyone in my entire household drinks coffee all day everyday. Some drink it hot and some like it iced. We use a Keurig. The price of K-cups was darn near leaving us in poor house. This grinder has solved that problem for us. I now buy whole beans. This coffee bean grinder works like a dream. It is so easy to use. It has a nice size cup for the beans and the blades grind the coffee evenly to your preference of coarse to fine. It grinds in seconds and is also very easy to clean with the dual sided brush that comes with it. We simply wipe it out and it's ready for the next person to use. We grind as we go so the coffee is always so freah and taste so much better than pre-packaged pods.. I think they should change the name from Quellence to Eloquent because that's how easy it is to use and how GREAT the fresh ground coffee taste.

Easy to clean, and it is quieter than our last grinder.

I like this grinder. This grinder is put together like a blender, the grinder/chopping section comes off from the top of the motor section and that makes cleaning this a simple operation. This is quieter than our last grinder so it does not wake people that are still sleeping like the last grinder did, I have slept thorough this one several times now. It comes with a cleaning brush too. I have attached several pictures of this grinder, one of the pictures shows the ground coffee beans at 9 seconds of grinding.

Super fancy!

This looks so fancy and modern on my counter I really love the style. The container for the beans is made completely out of metal so it is very strong. The blade is sharp and grinds the beans very quickly. The top is see through so you can get the grind you are looking for. You put the beans in the grinder and then you put the top on, then you press down on the lid gently and it grinds the beans! So easy!

Love the design

I really like how the canister is removable making it easy to dump out the ground coffee and clean it (really only necessary to clean regularly if grinding herbs also). I've heard burr grinders are the best way to grind coffee, but they are typically expensive. I've had other electric blade type grinders before, but this one is MUCH nicer. I just drop my two scoops of coffee beans in, put on the lid and press for 9-10 seconds, and I have the perfect grind for my french press. The coffee from freshly ground beans tastes noticeably better too!

Definitely worth the money if you like fresh ground coffee!

Thrilled!!!

I researched many coffee grinders and went through A LOT of questions and comments on products. A gentlemen for the product commented about how helpful having the cup that you can take off to pour out the coffee without turning the whole unit over. there are clear instructions on how to use. I do not leave the grinder running for me than 5 seconds at a time. This looks sleek on the counter and is heavy. suction cups on the bottom ensures a stable grinding experience. A win for me by finding a high end grinder at a reasonable price!

Great Gift!

This is the perfect housewarming gift! This just in from my friend: It is really versatile. Not only does it grind coffee, but also nuts, seeds, dried vanilla beans, whole spices and many other things. The operation is very simple. Secure the transparent lid and press down to start grinding. When finished simply release the pressure. You control how fine you would like the product to be. It's quite powerful and doesn't take but several seconds to finish the job. The convenient removable container makes for a simple, quick clean up. It comes with a little brush to sweep out any debris; then wash it with warm soapy water. She loves it! So I love it! 5 stars!

What a needed kitchen tool

I like freshly ground coffee. I love buying premium quality coffee beans and having them ground just before they are brewed. My last coffee grinder lasted about 2 years and became a doorstop and I was having to buy pre ground coffee. It just doesn't taste the same. This new grinder is bigger, stronger and much more powerful than any other grinder I have had and does a perfect job like I was getting my freshly ground coffee and a coffeehouse. It is great to look at (my wife says it's beautiful) and does the grinding more than twice as fast as any grinder I have ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a top quality kitchen tool and an affordable price!!!
