Great customer service and much better quality than similar bikes at big box stores

I'm always nervous buying from an unknown brand, but I'm very happy with the quality and design, especially for the price. Purchased for my 3-year-old son. Had a minor assembly issue that was resolved easily by contacting JoyStar customer service. Was expya dead end, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. Very good experience.

Grandson's first bike

It came as expected. My grandson loves it as it is his first bicycle. It was easy to assemble and I am sure he will enjoy it for years to come.

High quality, good instructions

Love this bike! We got the 14” and it’s a comfortable height for our newly turned 5 year old. Quick assembly with helpful instructions, high quality and aesthetically pleasing. We assembled without the training wheels- from balance bike to pedal bike. Excited to use for years to come!

Great style and easy assembly

I chose this bike because it isn't obnoxiously colored or branded with a super heroes and such. It looks great, rides smooth, and it was assembled (with my 3 year old's help) in about 15 minutes. Seat and handlebar adjustments are easy to get just the right fit.

Glad we chose this bike for our 4 year old!

Great for a first bike! Our 4 year old son had difficulty peddling on tricycles, but jumped right on this bike and took off. It’s a sturdy, lighter weight bike. He rides it around the neighborhood every night for several months and we’ve had no issues. The only complaint we have is that the training wheels appear to be made of less quality materials and began looking worn down after only a few rides. Overall, we’re pleased with the purchase!

Good first “real” bike for a kid. Easy assembly.

Got this bike for my 5yo. 1. Was packaged very well. It’s not a heavy box. 2. The “hard parts” of putting together the bike is done for you, meaning real wheel and chain assembly with pedal assembly. That’s all done! 3. What is left to put together is very simple and all the tools are included. 4. Kid loves the bike. 5. There is a handle on the seat so when the training wheels are off, will be easier to hang on as the adult.

Best value on Amazon for kids bike

Perfect bike for my 4yo boy. He had a balance bike before this and I still have the training wheels one this one but he is getting close. This is a sturdy bike and should hold up to the test of time. I will be buying another one when the time comes for our younger two year old son.

Nephew loves it.

This was a birthday present for my nephew. As we rolled it up the driveway he could not take his eyes off of the bike. He instantly fell in love. It was easy to assemble and turned out great. Such a good looking bike. Instructions were easy to read as well. Definitely recommend this company.

Great for 2+

He’ll be 3 next month! Bike fits him great! He learned how to pedal within a few days. He rides everywhere!
