Great for the price

I purchased this as our family's first juicer. I plan to juice 2-3 times a week. It is as nice as it looks; its not a cheap or chintzy feeling product. So far, we have juiced oranges, apples, pears, cherries, carrots and peaches. It handles all of this great and quickly. It is quite loud, but I was expecting that.Overall I am very pleased with this purchase, the chute fits alot of fruit and it works well.The cons are that there are alot of weird corners and angles. This makes it quite difficult to clean. Additionally, the pulp splatters all over the collection container and in the blade assembly. It took me at least 15 minutes to clean it after the first time I used it. The pulp gets in weird, small places and I had to get a q-tip to get some of it out. My disclaimer here is, it might be my fault. This was our first time juicing with this type of juicer and there is a chance I didn't have it together tightly or something. Nevertheless, even within the pulp container there are some nearly inaccessible corners to clean.Lastly, the pulp does seem to be pretty wet. Its not a problem for us. I have been experimenting with pulp recipes anyway so the added moisture doesn't really bug me, but if you are aiming to get every bit of juice out of your fruit/veggie, you might want to pursue a more expensive option.Overall, for the amount I wanted to spend, this has exceeded my expectations and I expect many frothy breakfasts to come.

Love this juicer

Love this juicer. Works on EVERYTHING (even bananas). I originally opted for this one because of the 800w motor... and because of the pricepoint. It's CHEAP! and I wasn't sure I'd keep juicing or if it was one of my little experimental fads.Well, I kept juicing, and so has this machine!! ZERO COMPLAINTS. ALL PRAISE! Best deal on any product i've purchased in some time now.Final note: A buddy bought a WAY MORE EXPENSIVE breville... mine works better. HA!

Excellent Juicer

I recommend this juicer- it's excellent. I use it about twice a week, to make large amounts of juice. You need to peel oranges/clementines, and I usually have to slice apples & pears in 1/2 so they fit through the spout, but none of this is a problem. I line the bin with a plastic grocery bag, and just lift it & toss it out. The lid gets a lot of thick pulp too- I keep this & add it to my dog's food. I have not bought juice from the store since getting my juicer, and I feel so much better since incorporating large volumes of fresh fruits & veggies into my daily routine.

Good juicer works as intended.

I love this juicer, I have used it almost daily for 4 months, hasn't broken down, worked exactly as intended. Mind you, that does come with:- noise (no way to prevent unless you go cold press and they have their own problems)- clean up (same as above)This is a great juicer for beginners who are not looking for a high budget juicer but need time to figure out if they really want to get into juicing. This will work as you want and will chop up mostly anything so it's good to try with alternative and vegatable juicing as well.Bottomline: it works great and makes good juice and it's the juicer to go to for beginners.

Awesome Juicer

I was skeptical that this juicer would not perform as it is quite a bit cheaper than some of the big brands, but this surpassed all of my expectations! We juice every 10 days. We eat healthy for 10 days and then we juice for 3 days straight. It easily makes enough juice to fill several squeeze bottles for my husband and I each day very quickly. You don't have to chop the fruits and veggies very small and it is easy to clean and assemble. Love it!

This juicer is Awsome

This is a great product for it's price. After visiting relatives and witnessing them use a much more expensive juicer that made delicious juices, my husband and I contemplated trying juicing for ourselves. After an extensive search and reading tons of reviews we decided on this one. We are extremely happy with this product. We are new to juicing so it meets our needs well. We have had it as of today for a little over a week, and have juiced carrots,peaches,Roman lettuce,radishes,apples,oranges,strawberries and a few others with great success. I would recommend this product to anyone who is just starting out with juicing because it is so affordable, and if juicing turns out to be a fad for you, you won't be out of much money. Another thing I want to add is that clean up is a snap. The pulp comes out so dry that it's like a dump and rinse process. I have seen reviews that complain of this product being "hard" to clean and that is so far from the truth that it's laughable.This product takes as much effort as any other appliance to clean. The entire unit is comprised of six pieces including the fruit pusher and motor base. To clean it, all one has to do AFTER USE is remove the fruit pusher, top cover and pulp container (for easier cleaning place a simple grocery bag in p.c. for quick clean up) and simply rinse them in soap/warm water or just plain hot/warm water. Then do the same with the strainer bowl and basket, the included brush will be needed for the strainer, but that part is still a breeze too. Dry it all off and viola done. Lastly, it does NOT come with a cup/container, but who doesn't have cups/glasses in their kitchen. Happy Juicing!!!

1st Juicer but impressed

The Juicer is easy to clean if you use a plastic bag in the pulp catcher, plus they even throw in a plastic brush to clean up the strainer etc so that you can clean up the mess. I like the fact that there is just one button "ON or Off" keep it simple for the user and we will be happy. It is loud but for a glass or two you will not have it on for a long time so no worries there. Powerful motor and Big Mouth so you really do not have to worry about slicing the vegetables or fruit. I would recommend for the price.

EXCELLENT

I bought this to "start" juicing, and it is amazing. I was worried that it wouldn't be as productive since it was "cheaper" than other brands, but I juice at least once a day (apples, kale, carrots, sweet potatoes, celery, etc) and it handles it all perfectly. Clean up is pretty easy...you must do it RIGHT AWAY...I do it before I even drink the juice.Only downside is none of my glasses fit under the spout they are all too tall... but I remedied that by putting my pyrek measuring cups under there.

GREAT juicer for the price

Never had a juicer before and didn't know if I would like one so I didn't want to spend a fortuner on one. This juicer has been great for me. I use it about every three days. It is really easy to clean, I rinse it all off immediately after using it so none of the stuff dries on it so it's no problem. They even give you a little brush to use on the cutter part which works great. I would highly recommend this to somebody who isn't sure if juicing is for them and doesn't want to spend a fortune to find out.

No leaks, removes all liquid, strong motor

Excellent juicer. This is the first I've ever owned and it does the job beautifully. I definitely suggest you look up your fruit/veggie beforehand to see how you should juice it. (Ex: peel a lemon before juicing). The motor does not slow or stall at all. No leaks whatsoever. Doesn't leave any liquid behind. The solids that are leftover make great compost. Pro tip: keep a constant eye on the receiving cup because some vegetables will fill it faster than others!
