My wife ordered this for me because I have a picc line for intravenous antibiotic infusions. We needed something to keep the dressing from getting wet so that I could shower during the month-plus of my treatments. This product is designed specifically for this purpose and it works well, due to the snug rubber seals at either end and the sealed, waterproof tube between them. Quality of the sleeve is quite good -- after more than a month of use it still fits snugly and shows no signs of wear or leaking. However, I have a few notes for anyone who buys one, just to be aware of. First, although the paperwork doesn't indicate it, and at a quick glance you wouldn't notice it, one end *is* slightly bigger than the other. Lay the sleeve flat so that both ends also lay flat, then hold the ends up to each other. You'll notice one hole is the bigger end -- you'll want to put that end on first for your upper arm. (You can mark that end so you don't have to check every time) Second, there are no instructions for how to put the sleeve on or take it off. As a result, you will most likely try to simply slide it onto your arm and have lots of difficulty because of the tight rubber seals. PRO TIP: Before you try to put it on, simply take each rubber end and flip it inside out -- leave the sleeve itself as is, just flip the seals at the ends. This accomplishes two things: 1) the rubber seal is not at tight since it is inside out, and 2) the seal doesn't touch your skin, so the sleeve slides easily on or off, and it also slides easily over your picc line! Once you have the sleeve positioned where you want it, simply flip the seals right-side out and they will seal around your arm as intended (just make sure you flip it completely or you won't have a watertight seal). Repeat the process to remove the sleeve, but make sure you fully dry around both seals and over the length of the sleeve as well before flipping the seals or trying to remove it. Third, although the sleeve is waterproof and therefore keeps water on the outside, it also doesn't breathe as a result. This means that if you wear it for very long, or if you find yourself sweating, you will get condensation INSIDE the sleeve. My solution is to not wear the sleeve for any longer than I have to -- putting it on is the last thing I do before getting in the shower and I immediately dry and remove it when done. Fourth, and on this one YMMV. I am dealing with some minor ulnar neuropathy (numbness in my ring and pinky fingers), and when wearing the sleeve, the numbness is intensified, presumably from the tightness of the seals. If you don't already have some numbness, this may not affect you, but I wanted to note it here just in case. Overall, I'm very happy with the sleeve, and with the seal-flipping trick mentioned above, it is very easy to put on and take off. I definitely recommend it.

I use this item to cover PICC line in my arm during showering. I have been using it for a month now and it works great. At the beginning I was careful and tried not water it much, but now I don't care of how much water I pour on the sleeve , it keep my PICC line dry. It is very helpful for me. The only thing it is really tight in the rubber parts and I cannot put it on myself with my one hand. But my husband does it for me easily. I have very thin arms now but I bought M size because I counted the PICC line volume as well and it works great for me. I think S would be too tight. I thankful to people who care of us and sell that product.

I had a dual PICC line for 8 weeks, to keep it dry I started with all of the home remedies, plastic trash bag, plastic wrap. etc, none of them work very well and it took two people to wrap my arm. This cover was game changing, I was able to put it on and remove myself, once you get the hang of putting it on and off it is a snap. Once it is in place you have total flexible arm control with Zero leakage. Used it every day sometimes twice per day with nothing but positive results.

The Waterproof PICC Line Cover makes showering so much easier. I have had no trouble with it staying watertight as long as directions for application are followed. I have recommended it to several other patients with PICC lines as the only way to go.

This listing is for two different lunch bags. One is the medium size bag offered in either black or gray. The other is the small black/blue bag, which is completely different. My review is for the Gray Medium bag. This bag had a very strong, musty smell when I first received it. I left it outside, for a couple of days, and most of the smell is gone. It measures approximately 11” tall X 10.5” wide by 8” deep. But it’s very flexible, so the measurements can vary. The bottom compartment is about 5.5” deep. The top compartment is about 5” tall, but it’s curved as well. The top has a zipper opening on each side. There is one zipper pocket on the front bottom. There are mesh pockets on each side with a bit of elastic on top. But whatever you place in the mesh pockets could fall-out, depending upon what it is. A couple of water bottles, soda, etc. can easily fit in the top section. The bottom portion is also quite roomy. You can easily use plastic containers with no problem. For extra cooling, you’ll need to add your own ice packs. They are not included with this bag. There is a carrying handle on top. An optional shoulder strap can also be attached. Though they call this a “medium” lunch bag, it’s actually quite large. You can pack a lot inside, even if you’re also adding optional ice packs.

I was very thankful to receive this pic line cover so that I could shower without having to worry about getting the bandaging wet. I had tried using a plastic cast cover but couldn’t prevent water from getting into the sleeve. Hopefully my six weeks of infusions won’t ever occur again but if it should I can at least rest assured of being able to enjoy showering with this pic line cover.

This cover seems to be well made. My arms are very skinny so I was concerned the small would be too big, however it is fine. Covering with plastic wrap is a hassle and I needed another person to help me. Now, I can slip on this cover by myself in no time. One step closer to regaining my independence !

I liked being able to bend my elbow and I could shower pretty much in a normal way. It takes another person helping to put this on and take it off or else it can pull the PICC out. Care must be used to avoid allowing full force of water to hit it, but using common sense, it is very effective in preventing water to touch the PICC area.

I’ve had a Picc line since June 12, 2019. Up until a month or so ago, we were using Saran Wrap and medical tape, so I could take baths. After finding this cover, I’m back to being able to shower, as long as I want! I went ahead and purchased a second one because the rubberized elastic and fabric covering it was starting to come off. This did not affect its function, plus I stay some with my parents right after a hospital stay & this way I don’t have to worry about forgetting it. Great product, only wish I’d found it sooner!

This fits perfectly-sealed on my arm, saving me the annoying struggle of trying to cover my Picc with plastic wrap and tape. I do want to warn those with allergy to Neoprene that the ends are made of that material.
