I have made tofu scramble with a similar recipe but this blend perfects the amount for a fail free scramble. If you like a light touch with your flavorings in general, I highly recommend starting with 2 tbsp instead of the 3 as mentioned in the package, then go up from there. Make sure to add it just before serving too so the black salt sulfur taste doesn’t dissipate which it is known to do when mixed with high heat. This is a great product for a beginner in the world of egg free living.

As a newcomer to being a vegetarian, I have started incorporating more and more tofu into my cooking endeavors. Finding new ways to give tofu flavor is becoming a nice little hobby itself, so when I heard about this mix on vegetarian recipe sites I wanted to give it a try. The reviews I saw on Amazon helped too, but I was skeptical up until I actually tasted the end results for myself. I am happy to report that this particular combination of spices works for me. It brings a lot of flavor to your tofu and does indeed give it a nice eggy flavor. You get a decent amount for the price and it works as intended, now if I could just find more spices that do the kind of magic this does with other foods.

This is a great way to eat tofu. The mix makes the tofu like a spicy scrambled eggs dish. This product is a great substitute for the mix formerly made by "Fantastic World Foods". (It seems they no longer sell it)

How??? Just how? The dry seasoning taste like eggs. I’ve been scrambling tofu after pressing it for 30min. I broke up the tofu with plant butter added this seasonings and 💥 eggs without eggs? Amazing! Add a few drops of soy milk. It’s husband approved!

I have been looking for a version of this product since a former supplier/maker apparently left the marketplace. Sauté some onions and sweet peppers if you like them, mash up some tofu and mix in a couple of tablespoons. Takes the place of scrambled eggs.

This is a wonderful blend of spices and seasonings that is so easy to use! Heat some oil in a skillet, crumble extra firm tofu into the pan (make sure you oil isn't too hot to avoid splatter), and stir. Once the tofu is heated, pour on the Tofu Scramble, mix in, and cook for a minute or two more. That's it! Delicious! It's my favorite breakfast, and I no longer feel guilty supporting the cruel egg industry in order to satisfy my palate.

Love, love, love this! I sprinkle this on veggies, egg salad (yes egg salad), tofu and even chicken. So yummy. I have purchased quite a few of these now and without doubt, I will continue to.

Tastes great. So much easier than combining spices myself to make tofu scrambler.

This really worked to transform tofu into tasty scrambled “eggs”. I used it for tofu egg salad as well. I added black salt, as that enhances flavor as well. It is disappointingly expensive so I will most likely try my hand at making my own next time, but it is worth buying a bottle to see how it works. I’ve also bought some as a gift for other while food plant based friends & relatives.
