My ex-husband likes to watch the news...ALL the time...LOUD. I hate listening to the news because it gives me panic attacks. His music is good but it's also too loud. He has wireless headphones but no Bluetooth TV to pair them with. Finally I needed a solution and found it here. The Elegiant Bluetooth Transmitter arrived beautifully packaged. It's much smaller than I expected, but wow! It is loaded with features, comes with three different cords to attach to your device, whatever it may be, and it can handle two headsets. It even answers the phone if you like. I was intimidated by it at first, but hooking it up was easy as 1-2-3. I had it charged, paired with the headphones and ready to surprise my ex. He LOVES it! We attached it to a Samsung TV (smart, but no Bluetooth) via its headphone jack. Once turned on, the little transmitter displays beautiful blue lights, but they are unobtrusive. Now my ex is no longer confined to one area, but can listen to his favorite news shows while doing chores, eating, or writing. The best part: I don't hear a thing! Sweet silence for me, plenty of noise for him. We've been together for over 30 years, married and unmarried, but I recommend it to save any relationship like mine, where one person likes loud media and the other doesn't, and you live in a small space. The Elegiant is truly wonderful! Buy it for the news junkie in your life!

Seemed my 2013 Samsung (not so) Smart HDTV lacked built in BT. This BTI-066 V5.0 BT adapter was a perfect solution utilizing the optical digital audio out and the 5V USB (always on) for charging. Set adapter for TX, switched to ON, and it immediately connected to nearby Sony BT headphones. No need to mess with any TV settings or touch the adapter ever again. When TV turns off, the adapter does as well within a minute or so, and headphones follow shortly. On powering on TV, it reconnects within a short period of time once powering on headphones. Sound quality is very good (better than TV speakers). Note that TV speaker volume operates independently, so others can still listen to the TV at the same time the other is on headphones, or you can turn down the TV volume altogether, while on headphones.

I use this for receiving by from my LG B9 tv. The tv has its own transmitter. This tv is in my bedroom so I only have 2 channel stereo receiver at headboard. It does not have BT. With older tv I ran cables around the room. This is so much nicer. It shuts of by itself when I turn off the tv. Reconnecting when needed is a snap. I have not heard any voice lag nor have I heard any deterioration of sound. I am satisfied. Hope is long lasting.

Now I can Listen to my old radio while wearing Sony CH700 headphones (worktunes were too heavy and complicated ) , I had a issue with the phono stereo jack , Customer service quickly sent me a replacement, excellent service & communication. I usually use it 3 to 4 hrs a day, i charged it once in 2 weeks ,a least twice i left it on overnight , seems to auto shut off as the next day i had to flipped it off/on and it fired right up, turn on the phones and they pair right up. only negative I was intending on leaving it plugging into a charger full time ,but I had static in the speakers, might be some other interference don't really know , but really a non issue for me ,since battery life is plenty good for my use. R

I bought two, one for the living room and one for my bedroom tv & now we have the option to watch tv quietly without disturbing anyone sleeping or doing their studies in our home. These are rechargeable but last & last so charging is infrequent and they turn themselves off if nothing is connected to them after a few minutes, thus saving me the frustration of having to recharge something that I forgot to turn the power off on. The connection is rather slow initially but once they're paired with my headphones or large Sony party speaker the sound quality is perfect and there's low latency. I strongly recommend this & will certainly buy another if the need arises.

hi all, my brand new sony TV (XBR X950G) that has bluetooth on it's settings would not pair with blue tooth BOSE SOUNDwear. So I researched and got this. I knew my TV had an optical input so I used that. two wires to connect; the USB and the optical input. Set the switch on the box to "transmit", hit the 'pair' button, and the pair button on my Bose, and it's all connected! I rigged a small twist tie on the back of the tv so you don't see the chords. The only flailing around I did was I did not recognize that the small plastic bulb on the end of the optical chord was supposed to be removed. I tried and tried to stick it in the port but.. no. it still had the plastic bulb on it. once I got that off, presto! I like the fact that it stays on all the time and when you power up the Bose it connects instantly.

Connecting and connecting was a matter of minutes, everything worked and worked flawlessly right away. It can be operated in the powered state to allow endless streaming. Ideal for anyone with a projector that does not support the audio output of your media player. I use it to stream audio to my powered speakers. When I try to play through the projector, not all audio formats are supported. This is a perfect solution. The Tx and Rx modes work great. The use of TV and Bluetooth earphones works great. Also tried Tx mode, from old radio to my bluetooth earbuds, it worked Only tested battery of the transmitter for 5 hours, no problem. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Recently learned about the Bluetooth 5 standard improvements and wanted to Try it out. This unit can act as transmitter or receiver. There is a side button to choose. It also has 3.5 mini and fiber optic out. Package includes usb cable for charging, 3.5 mini to 3.5 mini, 3.5 mini to RCA, and fiber optic cable. Mine arrived with no charge but fully charged in about 90 minutes. I hooked it up both analog (3.5 to RCA) and the. Fiber optic to a mini 2 channel system I have with monitor speakers. I choose a FLAC file streamed from my IPhone X which also supports Bluetooth 5. Sound quality was excellent utilizing the analog out. Next I switched to fiber optic and again excellent sound but I also immediately noticed the output was significantly louder. I am not sure if this is do to the unit being able to bypass DAC but whatever the reason it is definitely louder via fiber out. In both cases I found the sound quality very pleasing. If I had to note one thing that may be a problem for some people is the unit has several lights on it. This could be an issue if being used in a bedroom. Of course it’s small enough to block the light from it but perhaps a lights off mode would be useful. I also walked about 50 feet from the unit with my phone and did not have any signal drop out.

This bluetooth transmitter is smaller than I expected, but it works great. Now it is a vital part of my LG TV. The 5.0 version of bluetooth makes the connection quick, easy, and stable. I usually watch tv overnight during this special time. My neighbour always complained that it was too noisy. This bluetooth transmitter help me to solve this problem. I can connect the tv through it. The sound is still good. Now I can enjoy my tv show without bothering my neighbours.

I'm hard of hearing and I needed a way to be able to hear the TV without deafening other people in the house. I plugged this into the TV and paired it with my Alexa Echo. The sound comes through the Echo clearly and in great quality. I bought a second one and plugged it in the bedroom TV and paired it with my Echo Dot. I was disappointed that the sound was not nearly as loud as it is in the living room through the Echo. I'm not sure if it is the unit or the Echo Dot that is causing the problem. Overall, this product does allow me to actually be able to hear the TV, however, there sometimes is a short delay in the sound from the TV, which is distracting for me since I lip read. I've been using the closed-captioning which also helps. I'm not sure how long or well the battery works since I've left mine plugged into the outlet. I've seen other reviews asking about doing this, but I've not had any problems with leaving it plugged in. While this is not the perfect solution for hearing the TV, it is absolutely necessary for me and it may help others who are hard of hearing as well.
