These work great!

These are great!! I bought 200 of them because I just inherited all of my grandmothers embroidery thread. It took me several hours to untangle all the spools so I obviously didnt want them getting messed up again. These were terrific for that! Thanks!

Inexpensive, but perfect!

Amazingly simple to use! They are wide enough to catch the thread end and should I miss it when I put it on, a simple twist will help tighten the thread and adjust placement, PERFECT!!

Love these thread savers. They are easy to put on and take off spools or thread. They don't slip or fall off and I have yet to find a spool that they won't stay on.

My Best Purchase Ever

The New Brothread 20pcs Thread Spool Savers are perfect. My Machine Embroidery Thread kept tangling and made a big mess. Even when I used the built in thread end holder. I knew I needed to do something to keep the thread from tangling. I took a chance in the Thread Spool Savers. Even when I ordered them I was concerned I would find them to be cumbersome and time consuming when doing a large Machine Embroidery project. As my Embroidery Machine is a single needle. Meaning lot's of color changes. Yesterday, as I was working on a large Machine Embroidery Project, guess what the New Brothread Thread Spool Savers, make it so easy to change colors and they keep the thread from tangling. The best part, they save money as I am no longer having to cut off tangled thread. I will be ordering at least 300 more. Great Product, give them a try, you will wonder why you waited to order them.

Works on embroidery thread AND regular spools

I was iffy buying these, but SO glad I did. I just started machine embroidery and well..that thread is expensive! I have 100's of spools of regular thread that is basically a tangled mess...my embroidery thread is too expensive to keep cutting knots out of my mess... I got the small package to see if it was worth it, (1 package is less than 1 spool of embroidery thread locally). Turns out I need to order about 200 of these because they fit my regular spools of thread too...and then I won't have to take scissors with me to get the right color of thread from my mess.

these cute little things are great and just what i needed. I have three spool racks on the wall and the thread was always hanging. i bought the nets to put over them, but that was a bit of a nuisance. then i started putting scotch tape on them, when i accidentally came across these thread huggers on amazon. They did the trick, easy to put on and off very colorful so they look good. they fit my Maderia Embroidery 1000 thread spools, and the Robinson Anton embroidery thread spools.
