Soft and warm

I love these thermals. They are going to be great for winter for my son. I got an XS - which I expected to be big on him and the pants are. They are really soft on the inside and so I know he will put them on when we need to layer. They are made of polyester and spandex to fit multiple body types. Made real well.

Super Soft,and Made to last

I had to read so many reviews on Thermal Underwear Sets to decide which one to buy for my son, that I decided to write a review to share my opinion on this product. I have a son with some sensory issues, everything he wears has to feel soft, so certain fabrics, tags and even the seams bother him. He hates jackets, and with the cold weather starting in Texas. I knew I had a challenge...To find at least, thermal underwear that would feel smooth and that he would wear. I am glad I found this one. This set does not have tags, a must for my son. See pictures below. I am impressed and satisfied with the quality of the product, my picky son has worn it everyday, under the clothes, his school uniform or just by itself. I ordered a size “XS” for him to wear under his clothes and a regular “S” so he can wear it on its own. I have washed them so many times in one month and it has kept its shape and color. Super Soft and resistant fabric. Fair price compared to cheap scratchy ones I have bought for my older son in the past, that I couldn’t save for younger brother and I had to throw them away. This one will last. Even with weather ranging from 40 to 76 in one day. He feels comfortable, and plays outside with just a hat as if he had a jackets on. It does not feel too hot either, as he does not ask to take them off after exercising a lot. He wears it all day. And I couldn’t be happier. If you have a picky son like me, or looking for thermal underwear that feels soft and has great quality. Don’t need to read many reviews of different products to find a great one like me, this is the one.

Pleasantly Surprised

I needed something last minute to keep my son warm during outdoor activities in the January climate of North Dakota. I suppose I'm a little behind the times but when I think of thermals I remember the ones from my youth. They were bumpy and always made with at least some natural fibers, usually 100% cotton. So, I was skeptical of these w/ 100% man made fibers. But here's proof that old isn't always better. These are sooo soft and comfortable! But even more important they kept my son warm and are made well. Very satisfied!

Comfortable

Nice packaging, soft comfortable fit, material is almost similar to a dry fit material. Sizing is good. I purchased an xs for my son and it will fit him perfectly. Speedy delivery material is light weight yet thick enough to provide wind protection in the winter.

Last year I bought my son and identical set of pajamas that he loves so much, I wanted to buy another this year. But I noticed the price was outrageous and then found this style but I thought I would take a chance on. Good thing I did Because this set is exactly identical to the other, fits just as well, quality is just as good, and served its excellent purpose for outdoor ed and for puttering around the house Absolutely could not be happier with this purchase and have already ordered more!

Good Thermal Underwear

I bought this for my son to wear under his Halloween costume since most costumes are not made for the outdoors in the Midwest. I ordered this and another set (I was not sure which set would arrive in time for a Trunk or Treat event). ViCherub is a thicker material than the other one. It felt thicker and when I held the two products up to the light this one let less light through. ViCherub was soft on the inside, but not as soft as the other one- there seemed to be less fleece. I liked the waist band- it is more of an athletic pants style (fabric over elastic on the inside) vs other thermal underwear that has an exposed elastic waist band like underwear. I have not tested this product in extreme weather, but over an hour outside at night at around 50 degrees, my son was comfortable in an inflatable costume and his thermals.

Warm Enough For Under A Halloween Costume in 35° Weather

These worked really well to keep my son warm on a freezing cold Halloween night. He wore them under his costume to an outdoor scavenger hunt that afternoon when the weather was in the low 40s (Fahrenheit) and windy. *I* was freezing, but he was fine. Later that evening, he wore them again under his costume to go trick or treating so that he wouldn't have to cover his costume with a coat; the temp had dropped to the mid 30s by then, but he was fine with just a pair of mittens. The inside is lined with really soft fleece material and the outside is satiny smooth. My son *loves* the softness of the fleece lining. I've since washed the set (on cold) and dried it in a dryer on warm and it still looks brand new. My son is around 48" tall and weighs around 55lbs. Both the pants and the shirt fit really well with plenty of room to grow. They were still snug enough to keep him warm.

So worth it for the money!

We bought this set for our son who is taking up boarding here in Utah. He is super athletic but hates the cold. After reading all of the reviews of these as well as several other brands, I felt these thermals would be perfect. They arrived quickly, the packing was perfect, and the thermals were exactly as we'd hoped. They fit our 10 year old just right, and the seamwork was just as high quality of any of the other higher end brands at only a fraction of the price. They're not too heavy and offer plenty of stretch - which he'll need to navigate the slopes. It's still too early to say how long they'll stand up for the season, but my first impression is I'd definitely order them again, and I'll be looking at the rest of their line as well. Very happy!!!

Great, quality thermal underwear sets for boys!

I recently discovered these thermal underwear sets [matching top & bottoms] sold by ViCherub. I am very pleased with my purchase and I plan to purchase more of these sets of thermal underwear because the quality of the material and stitch is really good. These thermal underwear have a smooth knit base layer, are soft to touch and very stretchy [like tights or leggings]. The inner layer is lined with fleece for warmth when worn. I purchased a blue set and a black set of size XL in boys. The colors were as pictured, and the size was perfect for my 13-year-old son who is 5 feet, 4 inches tall. There is even a bit of room for growth and to allow him to move/bend in them easily. What's additionally satisfying is that the cost of the ViCherub thermal underwear is reasonable. They are sold in a variety of colors and sizes.

Fit our needs well

My son is 5 years old and fits into a size 4/5 in clothing at the moment. We bought him the size XS in 2 different colors to wear under his clothes for school. My son LOVES these. He wore them underneath his clothes when we went to the pumpkin patch in 20 degree weather. The rest of us were freezing, but my son kept trucking on like it was nothing. The size XS normally fits him perfectly, but these are slightly large. It’s just enough that he can still wear them and easily grow into them throughout the year. We bought the navy and the black. The black was solid black. The navy was a bit lighter than traditional navy, but it’s still attractive. My son just may not be able to get away with wearing them under his school uniform. They’re a nice texture, not itchy, and overall will fit our needs well.
