I wanted a way to make fresh, personal pizzas at home where I can control the calorie count and once I found these pans, my solution became so simple! I buy the freshly made pizza dough in the bakery section at the grocery store, divide it into 6 equal parts, let it warm up to room temperature, then I roll out each piece on a floured board and then spread it with my fingers into one of these pans which I lightly olive oiled (this is just a personal preference, and not a necessity, because these are non-stick pans). Last step is your toppings of choice (and you can pile it on without worry of a mess since these springboard pans keep everything very nicely contained and easy to remove after baking). Then eat 18 minutes later (400 degree oven) or cool completely and freeze for later (wrap in foil then place in freezer storage bag). Depending on your grocery store's calorie count on their dough (our's is Publix), the calories are very reasonable (310 per mini cheese-only pizza and I use the multigrain). I got 6 of these pans so I can make and bake all the pizzas at once. Trust me, these pans are easy to use and its so wonderful to have fresh pizzas made at home!

So far so good! I have made several cheesecakes in the iPot pressure cooker with the springform pan and they have turned out very well except for the first one when I overfilled it and had a big mess. The springform releases easily and the pan cleanup is quick and easy. It makes a small but delicious cheesecake.....just don't overfill it. I might get another pan so as to make two cheesecakes at once with a trivet between them.

So far I love this pan! I used it to make a cheesecake in my instantpot (6 Quart). First time ever doing that. I am new to the instantpot cooking, so I was pretty nervous. It came out perfect! My daughter who isn't a huge fan of cheesecake loved it! I heard a lot of people talking about leaking pans. I was worried but no leaks here. I can't wait to make more things

Technically works for Instant Pot lasagna, but it's a tight fit. Doing 3 layers of lasagna in this pan pushed it to the limit on top. I had to push the precooked lasagna down to ensure it wouldn't fall over the sides during cooking. This is 2.3 inches high, and I'm buying another springform that's 2.99 inches to see if the end results are better. It does cook lasagna and it was tasty, but a I'll look to use a taller pan to ensure I don't have to smoosh anything down.

I purchased this pan to make my first ever cheesecake. I found a great recipe online that called for cooking in a roasting pan of water. So, I needed a leak-proof springform pan. I purchased the Hiware 10 inch pan because of the good reviews. Most of the springform pans I looked at in the stores seemed flimsy, bendy and did not lock together well. I also wanted a deep pan and this one from Hiware met all my requirements and expectations. It was easy to use, it did not leak, did not stick to the cheesecake, opened perfectly after use and was easy to clean. I did use parchment paper on the bottom, I did not use use cooking spray and I wrapped the bottom and sides of the pan with tin foil to make sure it was not sitting directly in the water. My first cheesecake was a hit.

Hard to find a 7" springform in a store and this is exactly what I was looking for! Nonstick, and fit perfectly in my Instant Pot for cheesecake!

Springform cake pans are a tried-and-true utensil. Pressure cookers are as well. Now, take a modern pressure cooker like the Instant Pot and use it with a springform cake pan and you get a great way to make a nice dessert or specialty bread quickly and with ingredients you can trust (because you bought them yourself). This company even followed up with a detailed email about their warranty and customer satisfaction policies, which I certainly appreciated.

This is a great springform pan for making various cakes. It is very sturdy and looks exactly the same as the pan that came in my instant pot duo crisp. I have baked several cakes in it and the non-stick coating cleans very nicely after use. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this compared to the price of the "official" instant pot pans

We used this on the most difficult, sticky, recipe we have (Oreo salted caramel pie) and it came out perfectly! It released from the pan with minimal help and washed off easily. The pan came with a scratch-free scrubber cloth, but we didn't even need that. You have to be careful to align the bottom into the grooves. It can appear to be closed and not have a good seal, but if you align it correctly it makes a tight and perfect waterproof seal. Very happy with our purchase.

Worked perfectly for making a lasagna in my 6qt Instant Pot Duo! I lowered the pan into the pot on the steam rack. Unlatched the pan when done and the pan separated from the food with no issue. Very happy.
