Good skateboard for the price and great way for kids to get started!

I bought this skateboard because I wanted one with wheels suitable for tricks. The difference between this and another one I bought is that these wheels are smaller and more suitable for doing tricks than the other one I have that has larger wheels for cruising around. It's a good value that comes with a handy carrying case, and also some nice decals and paint for your kid to customize it. My friend's son love it as it was a gift for him. He's just getting started into doing tricks and this was a perfect gift!

Great For Beginners

For $40 you get a nice sturdy board, with a great design, along with passable wheels and trucks, which in my opinion makes it a fantastic deal. They also throw in a carrying case, tool, stickers and a couple of extra bearings. As a beginner the board is very easy to manage. When I first got on this board, its surface really gripped well to my shoes and being a little wider and longer than others, it's way more stable making it easier to keep your balance as a beginner. I just want to learn how to skate and not all that interested in doing any tricks yet.. I really like riding it cause of it wide body making steady and stable for me to practice on the street. I really recommend the board for beginners, like me!

Kids will love it!

My daughter saw this big package and knew it was for her. This skateboard is by far one of the sturdiest skateboard I’ve seen. It came well packaged. I love the colorful graphics with just bright colors. It came with paint, stickers, and a carrying case. The wheels are strong and will withstand any drop that a kid may have. My daughter loves this skateboard and for a starter you can’t go wrong. Like she kept yelling while riding, “...this is the best skateboard ever!”

Great skateboard for beginners.

I bought this as a brithday gift for my 15 yrs old brother, but I end up playing with this skateboard more than him. After skate with it for more than almost 3 months, I have to say this is really worthy of the price I paid...I paid about 30 dollars for this board, which is couples dollars higher than the price of an average Walmart board, but the quality is much better. PROS: 1. The deck is very durable, I do ollie, kickflip, powersliding all the time, no damage so far. 2. the wheel is really nice, and it offers a very smooth ride. 3. The grip is okay, I noticed that it still skatable even when it gets wet in rainy day. 4. Price is really affordable, for beginners. 5. it comes fully assembled, normally If I purchase skateboard from the skateboard shop, I have to do all the work, which is okay for me cuz I did it all the times, but for a beginer, it will really be a pain in the ass. 6. I really like the color, the bright blue, suitable for both girls and boys, great for gifting. It also comes with some paint, a brush, which I don't understand what it is for lol...but my brother loves it. And the stickers are also a plus, looks not that bad when I put then on. 7. The carrying bag, and a pair of bearing and a simple wrench comes with it, which are really awesome, The bag looks cool when I carried it on the back to the park. CONS: 1. The size is actually smaller than I tot. 24.3 inch by 5.9 inch, which is great for teenager but still okay for adults. 2. The board is not designed for intensive or difficult tricks. It gets a little awkward when I try to do it...Maybe you just have to get used to it. 3. The trucks are plastic... 4. The back gets scratched easily. Overall I would say this is a really great starter skateboard for ur kids and adults. For the price you paid, you are getting much more value from it.

Beginner model fits the bill

We were looking for a beginner skateboard for our child...there were a lot of options on Amazon in a similar price range. We were looking for a skateboard that will be mostly used in driveways and sidewalks...not a half-pipe. Two things pushed this one to the front of the line: simple graphics and immediate availability. The board arrived and was put in use. It was ridden for the afternoon by our child...all flat surfaces. After their feedback, I checked the bolts on the trucks and wheels. I tightened the trucks to stiffen the turning to their liking and checked the wheels. All wheels were tight except one - I addressed that one. It has been used everyday since. Rides well and sturdy for basic tricks and normal thrashing. One issue, that did not affect riding, was the deck grip tape was ripped. With use it continued to peel and tear...it's about 1.5"x1.5" in size. We have worked to contain the rip and should be okay with normal use. We recommend this skateboard. Note: we also purchased protective gear for the skater.

Perfect way to start skating.

This was a very complete kit. The board came assembled, so there was no delay in getting it going. The stickers were a fun addition. The carrying bag is very handy; the spare parts make this board an almost complete kit. (you need to only add your helmet and pads) The only thing I would suggest including is a short page of instructions to discuss safety and some good web sites to learn how to use the board. I would also suggest that the description on Amazon discuss what size person is good for a 31" board.

good board as advertised

Skateboard was a gift to my daughter and she seems happy with it. Never been on one herself so just getting to learn. Board came as advertised. Seems to be good construction and rolls well. Would be nice to have a t-grip skate tool but nice that it comes with something. For the price I think a good buy. We will see how it holds up over time.

Novice boarder. Works great! No problems!

Works great. Got it for my 9 yo daughter. Novice boarder. Doing well at the skatepark! No problems at all. Happy we chose this one. Always hard to judge these things. There’s a Always a handful of bad reviews. Don’t know what a “good” skateboard rides like but this thing is totally fine for the driveway and the skatepark.

Great first Board!!

My 9 year old daughter has always wanted to learn and I figured while we are stuck at home now seems like a good time! This board is great and all the extras it came with were awesome! Stickers, a tool to loosen trucks and extra bearings. I ordered a different one for my younger daughter and I wish I had just ordered two of these.
