Useful 'Scope for Field Work and General Magnification

As with many things, you get what you pay for. And for the price, this little microscope does a decent job once you get through the set-up and learning curve (maybe 1 hr or so for me as I couldn't figure out how to get the Wi-Fi to connect and then figuring out the sensitivity of the magnifying wheel). So give yourself time to get the set-up figured out. Once I got that out of the way I have to say I am pretty impressed. This is a great tool to take into the field (I'm studying Monarch Butterflies and learning about a bacteria that infects them...many of the people who do this use this kind of microscope to check for the spores before releasing the butterfly. I really like that I can connect it to my phone or my laptop so that I don't have to try to squint into an eyepiece (I never got along with regular microscopes for this reason) When you use the PC and download the App to run the 'scope, you may have to go into Settings in the Camera App to change to this device. Mine kept connecting to my web camera until I figured that out. I tested this with a piece of thread, a container with that damn insanely small writing that you need a magnifying glass to read, and a leaf and am including photos of each. My only issue is that the light is not as bright as might be useful but for my purposes and needs it will do.

Kids love this

My Kids are totally infatuated with this microscope. My 10 year old son is doing a bug collection for school and he loves looking at them with this microscope. The fact that it hooks up to the computer and shows on the screen is awesome because all the kids can enjoy it together.

“Homeschool” stem

Like everyone, I found myself suddenly homeschooling the kids. This was great for us to play with for science. It came with several slides plus its portable so we had loads of fun finding things in the yard to look at. It’s not going to be super zoomed like at school but for the kids to run, be excited, and cost, I can’t recommend it enough.

Great Product

This is a very interesting product, when I saw it the first time in the advertisement, I already know that I will have a good time with it. When it arrived to my house, I couldn’t wait to try it out but I still have to wait for it to charge. It charge really fast, I just need to wait an hour or two for it to fully charge. Also, the installation of the microscope is really straight forward and simple to use. I tried it couple of stuffs I found around my house and it works great. Aside from using it to see what I can’t see, it is also useful in helping me to fix electrical broad. Highly recommend.

Awesome kid’s microscope

This digital microscope came just in time for this mandatory home schooling. It came with a bunch of slides for us to look at and use . Was actually fun to have a new toy and learn at the same time. It easily connected to phone for use . My son appreciated the microscope and always makes science for fun looking at things that we can’t see well with naked eye. The zoom was decent and easy to adjust.

Detailed Information Ahead (Full Review)

I bought this for some close-up shots for my wrist watch YouTube channel called About That Time (smash that like button). It was an incredible amount of zoom for $40. The WiFi is steady and records perfect on my Galaxy S10 and has amazing clarity. I can finally see my tinie winnie (I'm married so we have gotten past it)

Portable ,easy to use

I was really happy and excited to get this wireless digital microscope.I bought this microscope mainly to detect my skin condition , so as to eliminate products that can cause my skin allergies. So far, i feels like this is magnifying well enough.And I downloaded the corresponding app, it worked nice and can took photo. Feel the sense of use is still good ,also portable to carry anywhere. Hopefully, my skin can get better in one day!

Easy to use, great for kids

This is such a fun thing to have. It is very easy to use and set up. It connects quickly to an app and you can adjust the scope to get the perfect view of the slide. You can see so clearly through, it is awesome. This is the perfect gift for kids that love science or exploring, i highly recommend!

Fast customer service.

Had an issue with my first microscope, it wouldn't do 1080p as advertised it would only go up to720. Contacted the manufacturer and went over a few things to see if it could be a glitch. In the end they sent me another one and this one is working as it should. Great product and great customer service.
