VR with this pulley system is, no pun intended, a game changer. For the price, it's hard to not feel like you're getting so much more in return for your dollar. You can move freely around your game area without the cumbersome, and often infuriating, cable weighing you down and getting in the way. Stepping on the cable and getting jerked back, or even worse, tripped up is a thing of the past. The pulleys themselves appear to be made quality materials and provide just enough tension to keep the cord out of the way, but not so much where you feel like you're fighting against it. I got the white ones which blend in with my ceiling and are not nearly as offensive to look at as I thought they would be. What I really like about the system is it pretty much eliminated my need for extension cables. When you run the cable on the floor you kinda need extra cable to keep it flat on the floor and out of your way. But the pulleys keep it out of the way all the time without the need for excess slack. 10 out of 10 a must for anyone who wants to experience VR without restrictions.

This kit comes with everything you need. Having the cables off the floor (and with minimal tension from above) really helps with immersion ... the next best thing to wireless at 1/10th the cost. Other companies are selling a box of random parts from Home Depot, but this set is made of custom components designed to work well and look good too. The white plastic blends in better with the ceiling and makes the system look less cluttered. A much recommended upgrade for any tethered VR headset.

A must have for any new VR headset owner. I’ve tried the other cheaper brands and they truly are not as good. This makes my Rift S feel like I’m 100% wireless, and the white color blends into the ceiling so it’s not an eyesore. Well worth the money, and would probably get another set if needed, but the 6 included hangers is enough for me. I used the included ring to attach 3 of the pulleys in my “main area”, the others are used to direct the cable from my Pc. I can’t stress enough how important these are to any VR owner.

These work great but I highly suggest using the screw mounted hooks instead of adhesive. If you have painted ceilings the adhesive is almost definitely going to pull off the paint unless you remove them with heat very carefully and are generally a lot more of an eyesore than the small white hooks when not in use. Filling in small holes will be way easier than a big paint chip, trust me. The adhesive hooks also create a lot of noise because the metal hook rattles around loosely in the plastic adhesive part. This is just about my only complaint with the product. Maybe an easy to remove adhesive like command strips would be a good improvement.

These are fantastic and will definitely hold your VR headset out of the way while using it. They are quiet and very well built. I only have one WARNING (and it's not a bad thing): For those planning on using the adhesive hooks, get some of the 3M command hooks and use those to set this up at first. Use it that way until you know EXACTLY where you want to position the hooks. I say this because the adhesive on the hooks is extremely sticky and once they are installed there is no way to remove them without paint coming off the ceiling. Also, once they come off they lose all stickiness, but they include a couple of extra hooks just in case. I also recommend the triangle configuration with 3 of them on the ceiling and one hanging in the center supported by the 3. Look it up, there are a bunch of videos on youtube about it.

Tension on the strings is excellent. It was easier to install than the instructions led me to believe. English probably wasn't the instruction writers' first language, but I figured it out. I wish there were a little more advice given as to where and how far apart to place everything, but I suppose it's more your personal preference? I ended up putting the triangle of them about 1 foot apart from each other, and the remaining two about 3 feet apart with one a couple inches from the wall so that the cord can drape down the wall. When I'm not using my VR headset, I just take the two from the middle of my ceiling (one from the triangle, one from its lone hook), and hang them from the hook closest to the wall with the third. Not sure if it impacts the tension of the strings to leave it hanging like that, but seems to be fine.

I've had a headset for two years now. I've been rolling over cords with my chair the whole time. You could probably buy several of these kits for what a new cable would cost! It setup very easily. I taped them up first while I dial in my pully placement. They seem sturdy enough. I don't hear them, but then I'm not as young as I used to be. I don't feel them. I should have bought these day one.

Good quality pulleys, stick on hooks work well for the wall to hold the headset, and the straps are great for holding the cable in place as needed. I personally like that the strap doesn't let the cable slip through them, as it lets you set the exact length you need without it sagging behind you when using the headset. I much prefer this to having the cable slip in and out of the straps, making the feeling really inconsistent.

I already owned the Kiwi Quest controller straps version 1 and love them, so I decided to get these for my CV1 since I've been playing more pcvr now with quarantine. I'm not disappointed, very quiet and really good. Even came with a hook ring to setup a 3-1 suspension system. Great job Kiwi team. Keep up the good work and I'll keep buying your stuff! 😃

Easy to attach, the tacky surface is surprisingly effective on flat surfaces. The hardest part is deciding where you want to place them because there's no undo button for that glue. Some say a dryer or heat gun can help remove them but I'm happy with my initial placement. Just remember to measure twice before you stick these bad boys on your drywall.
