The build quality totally amazed me. It is built with quality components and will perform as well as any full size washer. The warranty is 2 full years, the manufacturer knows that it has a quality product and will stand behind it with a 2 year warranty. I fell in love with this after the very first use. It gets your clothes clean and spins them drier than you can wring by hand. The tub is stainless steel and it has a very powerful motor. It is very quiet, even when spinning. Do not hesitate to purchase this, I carefully compared this to many other portable washers, I seriously doubt you can find a better machine at this price. Some of the others only have a couple months warranty! Feel free to research for yourself. I may update here from time to time, I am 100% satisfied with mine and would buy another if needed.

I am very impressed with this little machine, it's quite amazing. It's so easy to use, you just screw it into your faucet, select your desired temperature and thats it. It is also easy to put away as the washing machine has 2 wheels on the back that unlock for quick and easy portability. I love the digital panel, gives it a modern look. But I must say my favorite feature is that the tub inside is stainless steal. That means it wont rust and will last for sometime. Overall I am completely happy with this purchase, fits in our camper just right too.

I bought this when my LG gave out and I was waiting for a repair estimate. The laundromat isn't cheap either, so I figured I might as well put my money towards something I get to keep. This does get clothes really clean! First load, I accidentally brushed up against the water outlet hose and it came out of the sink, gushing water all over the floor, causing concern for electric shock. They're not kidding when they say to keep kids and pets away from it. Water comes out of the hose fast and powerful, so beware. Secure the hose with maybe a little velcro band, to something nearby so it doesn't fly out and cause you all kinds of misery. Don't oversoap (uses powder only), don't overload, and stay close by. I would describe the capacity of this thing as small emergency loads. Perfect for a college student any time, can keep a family going for a little while, but not much more. I put 2 large bath towels and a few washclothes (what I used to mop up the water on the floor) and I felt like that was pushing it in terms of capacity. But they were wet and heavy. It was easy enough to put together and very easy to level. All in all, a good quality product in terms of the wash basket and the settings available. The sides are plastic which I wasn't too keen about, but it is portable. It's powerful and relatively quiet. Also perfect to wash delicates, separates, etc while the large machine is doing more demanding loads. However, if you're going to use it in that way, it does take a little work to set it up and drain it when you're done. In all honesty, at some point I will probably decide that is too much work to do regularly when I have a working machine, and put it away until the next emergency. But I'm definitely not going to return it either! I think it can also help you stay caught up on laundry, if you have a machine that runs long cycles.

Edit: Was able to get in touch with customer service who replaced my machine quickly and professionally. It now works perfectly (cleans really well, as well!). Changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Thank you! THIS STOPPED WORKING LITERALLY IN THE 1st CYCLE. Attempts to contact the company have yet to be fruitful. BUYER BEWARE.

Washer works great and is a bit smaller than I expected! It's super easy to set up by yourself (may need a bit of help getting it up flights of stairs) and tested with detergent pods without an issue. I have this installed in the basement and the biggest tip I have for people is to buy a diverter with an aerator so that you won't have to unscrew the hose every time to use it. It does come with a quick adapter, but I find the water that comes out very inefficient. For those of you who don’t have the proper faucet for the intake hose, neither do I. You can fill this unit manually. I filled mine with my pull out shower head. Once it drained after the wash cycle, I filled it again, and it washed beautifully. It has a very good capacity. In the first load, I washed my Queen flat and fitted sheet, and a few hand towels. They came out very clean. In the second load, I washed my Queen size comforter. It is fairly light. I suggest keeping the drain hose clipped to the unit but closed by the shower door in your tub to keep it in place. The drain hose is fairly thin, but, if your drainage is close, it is not a problem. The water intake valve is substantial, but, again, I cannot use it just because I have a pull out shower and pull out faucet in the kitchen, too, but for those of you who can use it, it is high quality. There are three levels of wash: heavy, normal and light. That is enough for me. It is quiet. The clothes come out almost dry, and the unit is light enough to carry without buying a dolly. I am very happy with this purchase after my last purchase of a cheaper model where you have to move the clothes from the wash basin to the spin basin. That is basically a toy. It lasted a year. You had to spin the clothes in three or four batches because the spin basin is so much smaller. It would spin in a lopsided manner, and eventually, small clothes spun out, and landed between the unit and the spin barrel, and the whole unit broke. This model was only $60 more than that with all in one. Spend the money, and invest in this model. (Photos included).

Thank you for this tiny mighty washer ! It is automatic wash ,soak, rinse, spin. It does the job. Easy set-up. Came with faucet adapter so I setup and washed right away. The instructions are aren't that clear. So I did my own trial & error. figured some things out. It has preset wash cycles. The booklet talks about selecting minutes for wash, rinse, spin. and I guess you can do manual mode. But I haven't figured that out. So I select the wash cycle, then I select the wash load, then I press start/pause button. In the Rapid cycle it goes thru each mode wash, rinse, spin quickly. In the Normal mode, it is different and you will think the washer has quit working. Today I decided to use the Normal Cycle. I watched the timer to see how that cycle operates. Normal Cycle runs for 31 minutes. after it fills with water it begins to wash. Will wash for 3 minutes then it stops. It will soak for 3 minutes. the begins washing again. Then it stops and soaks again 3 minutes. Then it begins washing again. So the 31 minutes is broken up into 3 minute increments between wash, soak, wash, soak, rinse, spin, rinse, spin. I wanted to figure it out so I let the machine operator and do its own thing. I don't think the booklet explains that. And if you didn't let it run the cycle you would think that the machine is not working. The machine agitation is a swish swish back and forth, then when it gets ready to drain it will slowly agitate and chug chug the draining begins and then the spin. The spin is really fast and the clothes are ready for the dryer. So the Wash cycles are wash & soak cycles so if the machine stops it is soaking. It is recommended to use dry powder laundry detergent. It is more efficient and I am guessing will create less suds so the machine wont overflow with bubbles. This is a Mini Washer not a Maytag. So for small loads it is great ! I really like it. I know this is a long review but the hints will help running the washer. Also when you turn on the water, make sure the washer is powered on so the water can go into the machine or it will leak out at the water intake hose to washer. And make sure the drain hose is in the sink before turning it on or water will run out on the floor. This mini washer will also self adjust if it needs more water in the wash cycle. In the normal cycle it began washing then stopped to add more water. I am guessing that once the load was wet the machine knew it needed more water. So basically let the mini washer to the work. Run its cycle. I know the control panel says manual mode for the wash,rinse,spin/ the booklet says you can manually select minutes for each but I haven't figured it out. Says to press each button continually . I don't do that. I just hook up water. Press power on. Then I select the wash cycle, then I select the wash load size, the I press the start/pause button and it begins to wash. I know this is a long review but the hints will help in operation of the washer. I have washed 2 pr. jeans, 4 tops in a load. 3 bath towels, wash cloths, dish towels, dish cloths in a load. I have washed a small fleece blanket in it. It will hold a small laundry basket of items. Don't overload it. If you have small laundry needs it is great. It does the job but the hints will help. I love it that I don't have to go down in the basement to wash ( my old washer quit) and I could have gotten a full size washer but couldn't spend the money right now. SO this Mini Washer is a lifesaver. It is functional & a sturdy mini machine. Thank You !

I love this washer! I hooked it right up to my kitchen sink and then store it in my closet. In the first two days, I used it 6 times because I was so excited.

Amazing little washer! It's super easy to set up and use. We needed a little adapter to fit our faucet but we got that at home depot. If you have a smaller faucet I would recommend you get a 3/4 in adapter to fit the coupler. The washer is really quiet even on the spin cycle. I highly recommend that you make sure it's level to ensure it runs smoothly and quietly. It drains fast and you can choose how many wash, rinse and spin cycles you want and for how long. Wash up to 15 minutes and rinse and spin cycle up to 5 each. Very great quality for the price!
