Not your normal nerf gun toy!

We bought this for a birthday present to our five year old grandson. Both he and his sister LOVED playing with it! So fun and definitely would recommend this for all ages. Grandpa thought it was pretty neat too! The balls suspended in air as targets: genius!

Great for young and young at heart.

If I could give a 5+ rating I would because the customer service. However, This product is just fun! I wanted to try it out prior to giving it as a gift and I had a minor problem with it. I contacted the company via the email they had in the paperwork and they resolved my problem within 3 days. That is spectacular customer service. The device works beautifully. The targets float up and then when you turn it off (if you were not successful in shooting them off) they float back to their pedestal. The only thing you need to know that is not on the description is that you need 4 C batteries or you will have to wait to play until you get them. I highly recommend this product for both children and adults. It would be a fun party game for adults and much safer than a dart game. Alas I must now part with it as I got it as a gift for my nephew but I do see a future purchase for me.

Awesome Toy & Even Better Customer Service

This is a great toy that will bring hours of enjoyment. We had a small issue with one of the parts being damaged and the Customer Service was amazing. USA Toyz quickly resolved and completely backed the product. Great service by a trustworthy family owned company... which is pretty rare these day:) I would highly suggest the toy and the piece of mind that comes with supporting a great company.

Great gift!

I bought this for my 6 year old nephew for his birthday. He loves it! He and his 11 year old brother play with it all the time. It's fun for adults too. It arrived on time and in good condition. Set up doesn't take too long and the directions are helpful. Very happy with this product!

lots of fun for nerf fans

i bought this for my son who is a nerf enthusiast. it was similar type of guns and the targets looked like they would be interesting to do. it was a big hit! my son , his brother and their dad have been playing with it everyday since i bought it. plus my son likes being able to practice his aim. they didn't really like the sound effect music but you have the option of turning that part off. they really like how the front circles on either side that you shoot through rotate. a great buy!

Very surprised at how it works, but a GREAT surprise

I was very worried about this not working when I bought it, but it looked good so I wanted to give it a try. It took about 5 min to prep, mostly just putting batteries i and the orange dongles, nothing big. It has two different power settings, high and low. The first time I turned it in, it worked perfect. The balls hover about 4-8 inches about the air jets and hover for a long time. It's very easy to use and was a lot of fun. Both my 6 year old and 11 year old both loved shooting the balls with nerf darts.

Broken gun doesn’t make for fun. Amazing customer service made it right 1/27/2020

The gun game with a broken trigger so every time you want to cock it you have to hold the trigger out. We can hear the broken piece rattling around in the handle. Edit: 1/27/2020 What a great company. They reached out to me seeing we had a broken gun and offered to send us a new one! I never asked for anything we were just playing the game with a broken gun. What amazing customer service this is. To care about your product and customers this much is rare with some companies. The new gun they sent has a working trigger which makes my 2yo and 5yo able to cock the gun and shoot by themselves. This has made me a repeat customer for sure.

Great target, crappy gun **update**

**update** USA Toyz contacted me and promptly replaced the toy. My son loves the target and gun and we have not had any issues with this gun jamming. Excellent customer service! The target is great, but the gun that came with the set was not. It jammed after a few shots and broke apart when we unscrewed the casing to un-jam it. The springs for the trigger and the firing pin were stretched beyond repair. My son literally fired less than 10 times.

I think I might love this thing more than the kids do! It’s a little louder than I expected but honestly it’s not a problem at all and it’s a ton of fun to play with just don’t lose the balls! Haha

Great customer service!

I ordered this about a week ago. It seems like I received a defective launcher, but when I reached out to USA Toyz via email, they replied very promptly and sent me replacements, even the target module, right away. The replacements arrived yesterday and work perfectly - my grandson is loving it. The instructions are minimal, but I think I only had an issue understanding it because of the initial defect, and it is otherwise simple to set up and use. The music isn’t a must, but nice-to-have for the price. Thank you for a great product and outstanding customer service!
