The Real Story

This item works as advertised but the real story about this purchase is the customer service I received. Outstanding reply to a small problem! I hooked these up to my EchoDot and it worked fine, dim, change color etc. Except, when I told Alexa to make them white she replied with OK but they didn't change. Contacted customer support, they found the glitch in one day, posted an update within two days and the problem was fixed. So nice to see a company care about their product with such enthusiasm!!!

Smart lights for the right price.

Great lights for background color. These lights work with Alexa so I have setup a group named background and I just have to instruct Alexa to set background to any desired color.

Works great for a fraction of the price

I'm turning my house into a smart home, and of course LED back lighting on a TV is a must. Originally I was going to go with Philip's hue, but after a lot of research I stumbled upon these. My biggest concern was price. I would have needed 2 sets of the Philip's hue to do my 65in TV. At $80 a pop, that's $160! So, these were 1/4 the price. My other main concern was Compatibility with my other smart devices. 10/10 again for Compatibility. Had it synced and connected to my google home in less than 2 minutes.

Easy application and cut to fit

Just an awesome product. Took 5 minutes with my TV on the wall to Mount these lights. The app controls it with a phone. Too easy and too cool.

Great lights with WIFI for the money

These strip lights are great. I wanted them for above cabinet lighting. They were easy to set up and most important for me is that they go to last setting when power is applied to controller/strip. My only real issue with them is I can't seem to get them to go to pure white. I use pixels for Christmas displays and these go to a very clean white. The preset white on these strips has a blue tint to them. The seller for these is very good with any issues and responds in a timely manner. I would definitely buy these again especially thru the same vendor.

You can cut and add connectors

Fixed my sons room up and added these led lights. Uploaded the app but it doesn’t work with all the strips. We had to cut it and use connectors. They do work but with app it only works with one strip. Maybe we did something wrong. He likes it though to use with the buttons on cord.
