They’re carrots. Perfect for my quick chicken noodle soups! I just use Whole Foods broth frozen chicken chunks, celery, onion, these carrots, fresh parsley... and fresh ginger really kicks it up and adds a new dimension. Don’t forget course black or white pepper and sea or Pink Himalayan salt!!! I think that’s about it? Oh! Egg noodles! Cook separate and serve over the noodles. I use my rice cooker on the whole grain setting to make this homemade quick soup without even having to stir it check on it (laziness) it cooks in about 40 minutes! You can use whatever chicken/ veggie/ stew recipe you like, with one of these amazon rice cookers... hashtag life hack !!!

Great addition to puree made with soft potatoes, onion, 1 celery branch, garlic, pepper, salt, parsley and low sodium bouillon. Once cooked drain keep the juice and mix adding a little bit of juice every time as it must not be too compact or too liquidy. Add a little bit of clarified butter, season and serve asap: perfect with the 365 organic pork cooked on the grill. You can add gratted cheese, but remember food is not about masking the taste of good ingredients with fatty cheese. On the contrary. You need to taste every ingredients. Keep the left over of the veggies cooking juice to use it in a soup or throw it. Enjoy
