Good For the Quantity

Good pans. Not as deep as some of the others and they don’t come with a kid as I believe they should but it was still a good but for how many is in the package. It should last a good 4-6 months for family dish planning! I use them twice before throwing them out. They are study enough but there’s a need to be sure to use two hands or a metal pan under it for more support.

I did not see they had a ledge around the outside so I was happy they did for easier handling

Used in my ceramic charcoal grill (low and slow)

I use these on my charcoal grill to accomplish indirect grilling. They are the correct size to place above the ceramic deflector and below the ribs, chicken or other slow cooked meat. I place beer in the container and as the meat cooks, the fat drops into the pan, mixes with the beer, and the vaporizes back up all over the meat. These pans are excellent as they are used once, but stay intact, even though after 3 hours of 300 degree heat all the fluid is gone and there is nothing but a black sludge layer, and I throw the tray away. Size is perfect, very sturdy, and fully disposable!!

Perfect for cook/throw away

A perfect size for baking a number of different family size dishes and then just throwing the dirty pan in the trash. No muss, no fuss. Also use them to tenderize St Louis style ribs with BBQ sauce ... well sealed aluminum foil on top with 1/4 cup apple juice in the pan. Heaven!
