Exactly what I was looking for. They have held up very well and the quality is great. I have used the original skinny Dr. Brown’s, both plastic and glass. I have also used the skinny options series. They all work well but I feel my little one latches onto these wider nipples better, they seem easier to clean, and they feel better in my hand while feeding her. My only complaint is that the 9oz set comes with size 1 nipples, so if you’re buying for a newborn this will work great for you but if your little one is a few months old and needs a 2+ flow you’ll have to order them separately.

These are great glass baby bottles. We have 4 kids and this is actually our second set of Dr Browns bottles and we are happy with the consistent quality. We like the thick glass in the bottles, they have been dropped several times without breaking. The vent is great and easy to use and remove. We use it when the baby is little and then take it out as they get bigger. I do think the vent helps with spit up and burping. The nipple is comfortable for our baby to take. As for the claims on being anti colic or helping preserve vitamins we really can’t tell if it makes a difference. My wife was happy that it is narrow and fits her breast pump. Overall we are happy with these bottles. They are as easy to clean as any other bottle we have tried. We love the quality and functionality. They have been a good fit for us to use occasionally without interfering with breastfeeding. Thanks for reading this and please do let me know if this is helpful, feel free to leave a comment below if you have any questions or would like to see new pictures and I will do my best to answer it. Thank you, cheers. Cass

I'll never buy a different bottle. I got these for my breast fed grandson who was visiting for awhile. I was scared he would be colicky when he switched to using a bottle so I wanted the best bottle for him. These were great!! I love that they're glass since warm plastic is so bad for everyone. All I have to do is fill this up and put it in a cup of hot water while I change him. By time I'm done, the formula is just the right temp. Plus, he's never been gassy or had problems spitting up. I wish I would've had these with my kids!! They do take a little longer to clean because you need a small brush (which they send with the bottle) but that adds less than a minute to each bottle. They worked so good, my friends bought some for their grandkids too! And this price is unbeatable!!

We are so stoked that Dr. Brown's has made this wonderful new design and made it in a glass bottle was well. The glass is sturdy and feels very well made. It doesn't feel like it will easily chip or crack. Its very solid. The new bottle design is much more natural with the best anti-gas features. The wide neck makes it easy to put formula in the bottle. We use these for our foster baby and we feel that we are giving her the very best bottle possible. We also purchased three with the silicone sleeve for on-the-go.

I love these bottles so does my little one. They help with her colic after just one day. The only con is that they flow is too fast with the size 1 nipples. And at first I thought I would have to stop using because the preemie flow nipples would take 1 to 3 months to come in. I called dr browns bottle company and they are sending them out to me in the next couple of days. Costumer service was fast and great. I look forward to get the new nipples in and being able to use them more. I saw many complain that they leak and I have found that not to be the case. I highly recommend especially if your little one is dealing with colic.

These are great! NO the venting system is NOT easy to clean. It’s a pain, but it does help with my son’s reflux so we continue to use it. I do like that once his relux get controlled we can hopefully remove the venting system with the Options+ model. The glass is sturdy and I feel comfortable warming a good bottle in hot water. I do recommend these, especially over the plastic bottles.

I've been using Dr. Brown's glass bottles for 4 years now, with two different children. They are my favorite. I am comforted that the children aren't exposed to BPA or the alternative plastics. The ventilation system works really well for my children and has greatly reduces spit up, burps and gas. Obviously they are glass so there is always a chance of breaking. However, I have a bottle warmer and there have been times that I've taken a bottle that's been in the fridge overnight and put it straight in the bottle warmer without warming up the glass a little under running water, and there have been zero breaks from the high and fast temperature change. This shows me it is well tempered and well made. With constant washing on high in the dishwasher, there has been zero fading of the measurements/markings on the bottle. Any regular bottle brush works well and it comes with a pipe cleaner type cleaner so you can clean the ventilation system fully. I highly recommend.

These bottles are really the best. When I was pregnant I didn't want to believe the Dr. Brown's hype, but it is there for good reason. I also thought breastfeeding would go easy and I wouldn't need bottles...how dumb I was. Our baby was born early and much smaller than expected. My milk wasn't coming in and she was losing too much weight and had bad jaundice. We opted to feed formula in the hospital. They gave us a plastic Dr B's Options in the hospital and that worked well. When we got home, I continued to feed both formula and pumped breastmilk via bottle. I was eager to try some bottles. We tried EVERYTHING; Avent, wide Dr Brown's, Tommee Tippee, Como Tomo, Evenflo, etc, etc. Because our baby has a lip-tie, the standard/narrow Dr. Brown's ended up working the best as she could get her mouth around the nipple to form a latch (typically babies flange their lips out when feeding, but she cannot do this - so wide "breast-like" nipples never worked). This alleviated a lot of gassiness and spit-up problems. I managed to breastfeed my baby for a little while after several weeks. She had absolutely no problem switching between bottle, breast and pacifier. I don't know if that is because of the bottle itself, or introducing the bottle at birth or what. The glass of this bottle is a tank. I've dropped them several times and dented my hardwood floor with nothing happening to the bottle itself. I also use them in the Baby Brezza bottle warmer at every feed and they hold up well to the temperature shift. I don't know how they will fare when baby wants to hold them on her own, but we'll try and see. I have a set of plastic Dr B as a backup and for trips out of the house. They have leaked a handful of times, but I found that you have to completely un-screw the lid, take it off, and then screw it back on. That has worked every time. These are also great to use for storing breastmilk after pumping. I use them for this purpose with the Dr. Brown's solid white lids sold separately. Yes, everyone knows that cleaning Dr Brown's bottles sucks in a major way. The thought of having to wash 8 bottles and parts at the end of the day makes me want to crawl in a hole, but it is a small price to pay for bottles that work. I'm looking forward to the day where I no longer need to use the green vent and can just use it like a normal bottle.

Had to switch to these Dr. Browns, because they do not sell the narrow glass ones any longer. these are much easier to clean ,but still too heavy for baby to assist with (they are glass, so that makes sense!) Bottle did not withstand a 10 inch fall from the bouncy to the tile floor. Tile won. Again, the risk I take w glass. Since the bottles are wider, they do hold a greater volume of liquid than the former Dr. Browns bottles and are easier to clean. I do still prefer the previous model (all clear and fills up to 8oz), because they fit better in the diaper bag, mainly because I have two bottles with the twin babies. The new ones are too wide to fit in the bag holders.

Probably one of my favorite baby bottles to use for infants. I’ve went through several different brands and a lot of them just simply did not cut it as my infant would have colic or gas. I love the design of Dr. Brown and the way it helps keep the excess air from getting sucked through the nipple. My current newborn has been using these and has had minimal gas and no colic. I’m sure formula choices have some factors in terms of giving infants gas and colic - but bottles are definitely important to help not aggravate an issue if it’s already there (sucking down more air). I also love that these bottles are glass which makes me feel better about them being warmed up in hot/boiling water without the possibility of something entering my infants milk like a plastic bottle would. Highly recommend these bottles!
