Works great, wish it didn't have LEDs

Small fuse blocks seem to be crazy expensive (looking at you BlueSea), this one has a fair price. I installed it on a board next to a 30 amp 12V DC power supply, which is going inside a toolbox in my truck bed. Old truck had a 30 amp 12V outlet in the bed (for an RV), new truck does not but it does have 120V outlets in the cab. So, DIY to the rescue. The fuse block seems to have plated steel hardware, which is OK, but not what I'd call "marine grade". The fuse holders seemed tight, and grip the blade fuses well. It came with two large sheets of labels for different functions, a mix of boat, auto and off-road related. Too early to tell how it holds up but first impression is positive.

Awesome Solution to Fix a Rat's Nest!

I bought this fuse block for my boat because the wiring was a nightmare. When I bought the boat it had rolls, folds, repairs, connectors, and fuses all balled up in one spot near the battery. The first time I had an electrical issue, it was a real pain trying to sort it out. I stopped what I was doing, bought this fuse block, some wire, a couple of circuit breakers, and some heat shrink connectors from amazon and rewired the entire boat. (Imagine what kind of wiring nightmares I found in the rest of the boat.) I don't know what the original problem was, but it has zero issues now. Plus, all of my fuses, powers, grounds, and relays are in one central location. The layout is a bit tricky at first, if you are used to automotive wiring because the grounds are on the block also. I just ran a large diameter (4awg) wire about 6 inches, from the battery to both the main power and ground lugs. From there you just have to bring in your component powers and grounds. My trolling motor is on an isolated circuit with large wires and a circuit breaker because it draws too much amperage for this box.

Nice fuseblock, handy

Good quality, Very handy way to protect your low voltage circuits. Keep in mind these type of fuses are rated up to 32VDC and not suitable for 120VAC. LEDs light up when fuse is blown assuming your load draws some current. In other words you need to have a load on to get the LED to light. For example say you have fog lights connected to a fuse through a switch. If the fuse blows the LED will light if the fog light switch is on and the +Battery power is present on the fuse block of course. I tested the LED to come on barely at 2V and nice and bright at 10V up to 18 V which is as high as I tested. Not sure how high the voltage can be. I'm backfeeding power into the block with a 20A 'master fuse' which will then power the +Bar and the remaining 5 fuses which in my case will be 2 or 3 A each . I really like that the -Bar fans out to provide 6 additional connections. The cover snaps on firmly and it comes with miscellaneous fuses. The screws can be removed so ring lug terminals may be used.

Excellent product

This is one of the few products that are well made and designed for ease of use. Easy to wire and LEDs make easy to tell if a fuse is blown. The cover is latched, yet easy to remove by depressing the tabs. Mounting screws (4) are included. One of the common problem with fuse blocks is that they only provide positive terminals and no ground connections, but this one provides negative terminals which makes wiring a breeze. They even provide stick-on labels for common usage. You provide your own standard blade fuses appropriate for your needs.

Sturdy, comes with fuses and would buy again!

I thought this one may be a little big for the application I was using it for, going under the seat of my motorcycle, but it was a perfect fit and supports many fuse types. The led indicator lights are a phenomenal addition, no need to guess which fuse has gone bad!

Great fuse block!

I installed this on a Kubota tractor and wired in 10 of the 12 circuits. Works great with an led for each circuit to help isolate a blown fuse easily. All terminal are easy to access. Has a nice cover, too. Happy with it. Would recommend to others.

Exactly what I wanted

I installed this on my Goldwing Trike so I could add extra circuits for all of my accessories I have added on. Works perfectly for that purpose. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

1 perfect size fuse box

I was looking for a small fuse box for my buggy trailer for 12 volt lighting, radio and any other item running off 12 volts. I could find in-line fuses but not like this. 6 fuses in one is perfect for me. Its small with easy to get to screws and is covered. I LIKE IT.
