This case and keyboard connect much differently than the official case and keyboard for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. The Samsung case comes in two pieces. One attaches to the back of the tablet with a sticky rubber ring at the top and magnets at the bottom. The edge of the tablet is then inserted in a groove at the edge of the other piece, where it is held in place by magnets and makes electrical contact with the keyboard, which is built into the second piece. When you fold up the case it feels like magnets are holding everything together. In contrast, the Fintie Keyboard Case contains a plastic edge all the way around the back portion, and the tablet fits snugly and securely into it--much more securely than the official Samsung case. And the case portion is all one piece, with the other half wrapping around the tablet and secured with a clasp. It really feels like it will stay together more reliably than the Samsung case. However, the keyboard is a separate piece, unconnected to the case. It just sort of sits on the case, although it does not seem to slide around or anything. And the connection is Bluetooth, which works flawlessly with the tablet. Both tablets can be propped up for viewing, but the Fintie again seems more secure and stable when set up this way with the stand. So, in many ways I like the Fintie case better. However, the Samsung case has a mousepad, which the Fintie keyboard does not, and can run Samsung Dex, which is pretty awesome. Finally, the Fintie is 1/6 of the price of the Samsung, a considerable savings.

Fits the s6 tablet well. The cutout for the s pen works well and keeps it secure when cover is closed. I like the textured finish on the grey cover. Keyboard works great, easily removed/attached with magnets. Overall very happy with this product.

This is a great case and keyboard for the money. It "securely" keeps your tablet in place and protects both the tablet and S pen very well. Plus, you have a great keyboard that syncs up very well and feels great to type on. You can use this case with our without the keyboard and it fits the tablet great either way. I'm glad I bought this case case/key board over the OEM Samsung case /keyboard. (Read the reviews on the Samsung one-terrible!) This may be a little "thicker" than the Samsung one, but overall, a way better case n keyboard.

This keyboard case is great. It offers much more protection than the Samsung case. The keyboard works perfectly and is easy to type with. The magnets hold the keyboard in place with no sliding whatsoever. There's only one thing that is a bit annoying about it. To open the case and use kickstand, the keyboard has to be moved about 5 inches away from the tablet to allow it to lean at a good angle. Then the process has to be reversed when closing. It takes just a couple seconds do it's no big deal. But it's not just a simple open and close like a laptop

Case and keyboard work well with my new Samsung Galaxy S6 tablet. Case is reasonably sturdy and the keyboard has Chiclet keys but isn't to awkward to use. Tablet snaps in the the exterior frame of the case and holds the tablet securely. You can't beat the price and the case has a flap that covers and secures the pen for the tablet which was a major concern for me. I can lose things in the blink of an eye. Keyboard was easy to bind to the tablet and makes longer typing a breeze rather than using the on screen keyboard. I wish the magnets that hold the keyboard to the case were a bit stronger but they serve their purpose. Plus if they were much stronger moving the keyboard around to optimize it's position to the tilted screen might become a problem. Bottom line is the unit work and being about $150.00 cheaper than the Samsung case and keyboard I think I can live with it! Good job Fintie!!

For the money it's great. I really like that it covers the pen. My pen seems to come off easily. I'm a bit concerned that it will scratch the screen though. Some reviewers didn't like the detachable aspect of the keyboard, I like it. It stays put, but you can easily remove it when it's not needed.

I just got a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, upgrading from the Galaxy Tab S3. When I had the Tab S3, I had the keyboard case from Samsung that was made for it. There are times when I need to bring my tablet to work because it meant I didn't have to use the shared computers in our office. (My job generally involves minimal computer work. The computers are shared with colleagues who do the same work I do.) It was lightweight, sleek, and integrated beautifully with the tablet, without being Bluetooth or needing to be charged. When I upgraded, I experienced some sticker shock at the price of the Samsung case for the Tab S6. Since there are no comparable models that attach and function the same way, I looked at the Bluetooth options. This was one of the least expensive models (with good reviews). It arrived yesterday. I didn't realize the gray was also PVC. It look like fabric and looks like it should cost way more than what I paid. The keyboard connects quickly and easily. It is held on the case magnetically and doesn't budge during use. I also shook the case with the keyboard (over my bed, just in case...), and it held tight. The keys on the keyboard are a good size and have a nice feel when you type. The tablet is held in a plastic frame that's easy to get in to or out of, but when it's in, it's secure. (I keep my tablet in a different case when I'm not looking to use it as a replacement for a computer.) The case also offers multiple viewing angles for the tablet. The only downside is this case is HEAVY, even without the keyboard. This is a concern, because I'm not in one place all day when I work, so I tend to be mindful about what I carry. This is the only drawback to this purchase. Overall, if you were asking me to recommend a case with a keyboard, I'd gladly recommend this Fintie Keyboard Case. It's very reasonably priced and delivers a lot of value.

Let me start off by saying that this is an awesome case. It is and does everything it represented. The graduated positions for standing the tablet at an angle are fantastic. This is my first keyboard case and that has taken me a little bit to get used to. Unlike the terribly expensive keyboard that Samsung offers, this one does not attach to the tablet. The magnetic grip on the case does a great job of holding the keyboard wherever you put it. However, in order to use the divots provided for standing up the tablet at an angle, you need to move the keyboard from the position it is stored in when the case is closed. It isn't a huge issue, and one I don't really consider a design flaw. This just took some getting used to for me. I have found that when I am using the tablet for something that doesn't require the keyboard that it is easiest to remove it and set it aside.

Looks and works great. It honestly looks pretty on the nose to an actual composition notebook. I haven't tested the keyboard battery life, but the keyboard itself works great. If you're debating on this keyboard and case vs the branded version, I would go with this one all the way. The main difference as far as I can tell as that with this keyboard, you'll be missing out on the mousepad (you can use the pen in place of it) and the keys (I think) are a little close together. It's way cheaper without losing too much value.

I wasn't sure about this keyboard when I bought it. The Samsung keyboard sounded really great and it had the track pad. However, after using the keyboard and the S-pen, I can't see why you would spend the extra money for the Samsung version. For me, I can use the S-pen like a pseudo mouse and it works great. No issues and I saved a bunch of money!!!!
