Delicious dark chocolate gems

So yummy! These organic dark chocolate gems are super tasty, with just three simple high quality ingredients. I purchased these for baking, to melt into a ganache for frosting, but they’re also the perfect snack size - like a large chocolate chip; easy to pop a few in one bite. The perfect treat, and reasonably priced for the quality. These gems are definitely a dark chocolate, not as sweet or light as a milk chocolate, but they’re perfectly balanced with no bitterness. Will definitely buy again, and look forward to trying Hu’s various bars as well.

Once you taste Gems you can't go back!

The. BEST! They work wonderfully for melting and baking, but they are so good I usually end up just eating 75% of the bag straight. Don't even think of these in the chocolate chip category, the ingredients and taste are too high quality they beat out even high end dark chocolate bars imo. Plus 3 ingredients and only 4g sugar – can't beat that! My only complaint is that now no other chocolate chip can compare, they've truly ruined every other chocolate brand for me!

Do Not Hesitate!

This product is such a God send! It is soooo good! 12 of these little buttons have no effect on my blood sugar, and that is plenty to get a good dark chocolate taste. Chocolate is good for us! This is primo, and made with coconut sugar, not cane. Look at all the rest of the care this company has taken to bring us a mindful product! This is on our permanent buy list!

The best chocolate chips for baking and snacking!

I have been a fan of HuKitchen products for a while now, and I have absolutely fallen in love with their baking chips! They are the only chocolate chips I use for baking. They melt really easily and taste amazing, even without any dairy or added sugar in them! I also will sometimes snack on them, or add them to my trail mix when I have a sweet tooth. 10/10 recommend these chocolate chips!

Clean ingredients, awesome

Better than I thought, my new fave go to chocolate! Love the clean ingredients and taste. This is dark chocolate and low in sugar (4g). Worth the money.

Obsessed - you need these!

I love these gems for not only baking, but also as a satisfying snack/dessert. Having just a handful of the Gems is the perfect, guilt-free, sweet treat. The ingredients are SO clean, it's so delicious, and the portions within this bag have easily made this a favorite Hu product for me!

Honest review. No, I wasn't paid.

When I recieved my bag of chocolate it was damaged in transit. I reached out to the company and they responded right away telling me how sorry they were. They said they had sent me out a new bag, plus they told me they threw in a "suprise." I couldn't wait to see what it was! With all this negativity in the news these days surrounding this virus, it was nice to have something fun to look forward to. When I got my package the second time around it was perfect. The chocolates were wrapped up beautifully and the seller gave me TWO bags. I love surprises! Oh, and the taste.. Mmmm. Smooth, creamy, delicate. This is not an overpowering dark chocolate. I find some dark chocolate to be too strong for my taste, but these are just right. I got these to use in recipes, but I find myself eating the right out of the bag. They have become my go to comfort food. I only eat a few at a time and I get that chocolate craving satisfying. Another thing I love is, I'm a type one diabetic (on a pump) and I've noticed these chocolates do not send my blood sugars through the roof. I don't need to give myself insulin when I eat them and my sugars don't seem to change. What sorcery is this?! You can't go wrong with these chocolates or this company. Thank you for the extra bag when I was feeling down. :)

SO GREAT THAT THESE AREN'T "SUGARY" AND ALSO VERY SATISFYING

This product is a delicious not very sweet chocolate healthy item! What more could a girl want?!! Yes, it IS a bit "pricey" but we'll notice I bought 3 bags instead of just one, and I would have bought 5 but that was out of my budget! You only need to eat a couple of tablespoons worth of these "chocolate chip" size pieces to feel like you don't need any more to feel satisfied. A GREAT item if you ask me, and you did.

This tastes so good!

I am so thankful that this company makes chocolate without extraneous ingredients that could set off an autoimmune flair. I am on a modified AIP diet to manage my RA. I have been able to reintroduce lot of foods that I had to keep off my plate for a while, but soy and dairy will never be in my meal plan due to my reaction to them. I REALLy missed chocolate snacks; I have been eating plain, unsweetened bakers chocolate, which I was still glad I could at least do that. Then I discovered these chips! They are sweet (but not too sweet) and do not cause any flares for me at all! What a treat!! What a wonderful treat!
