I was raised to do it myself. Whenever possible, I like to live up to that ethos. If I CAN do it myself, I will. If I can’t, I will do everything I can to learn. My van needed some work on the AC. It was not getting cold, even though it was trying. My buddy told me it was a simple job, and after a little research I found that including the cost of this set of gauges, and the bottles of coolant, I would still be way ahead of Of paying someone else to do it. It really was a simple job, and done in under an hour. I saved a bundle of cash, and I’ll be even further ahead the next time I have to do the job. This kit was everything I needed except for the coolant itself. It is too hot out to be driving without AC, and now I don’t have to.

Seller Made Good out of faulty product parts *Updated*

Low side fitting fell apart in my hand when connecting to port. Retaining bearings for the collar fell out. Can't speak to the accuracy and function of the unit as a whole since I didn't have the option to use it. **UPDATE** Seller sent a replacement. Was able to diagnose my car AC system with no issues. Fittings work with both high and low side ports.

Little Money to Find Bigger Issue

I bought a new used car and started have AC issues pretty early. Someone suggest that I may be low on refridgerant so I grabbed on of these bad boys. Turns out I was very high on refridgerant. Way too high. May have to replace the condenser which is beyond me, but for the price this was a good self-diagnostic.

Good quality

Tried a different set of gauges in same price range off amazon and they were junk. Started leaking at a very bad time. These however were great and still are. For a cheap set they seem to be a good quality and are holding up really well. Wish I would have ordered this set in the first place.

Nice set of gauges

Nice set of gauges These are a very nice set of gauges. A lot better then I thought they were going to be. Great for a homeowner or someone that has rental property to be able to work on your own A/C unit or your car. Now all I need is some Freon.

Comes ready to assemble and use

This set sure makes the task easy. The manifold is pre-assembled with gauges and valves. You simply connect the hoses and you're ready to go. It holds pressure well and the gauges are accurate. It ooeretes as designed and made my life a lot easier.
