It's the best Dot, without needing a power cord!

Well, it needs the power cord sometimes. It has the better sound of the 3rd Gen Dot. But you can take it to the deck, garage, the hall closet, (If you want to). Without getting behind your dresser, desk, refrigerator to unplug the power wart. Music is the first use I think for a wandering Dot, but of course, Call/Drop In, weather forecast, alarm or reminder, anything. How about putting it under your little brothers bed and scare him with Werewolf's howling? Just remember to plug it into the power cord after up to 6-7 hours of freedom! The battery base matches your Dot very well and fits perfectly.

Easy to add and works great

Now Alexa can go everywhere without being plugged in. Used for first time last night on my nightstand with Alexa unplugged. After 11 hours unplugged, Alexa responded to good morning.
