Very bright, clean, white light.

These lights are awesome. They turned my building, previously lit with a bunch of 150 watt bulbs that cast a yellowish glow and required me to use a flashlight to look around objects sitting along the walls, into a brilliantly lit building with all white light, making everything easy to see. I love them. I just hope they last. I didn’t rate motion detection for these bulbs because I have them on switched lines.

Good daylight LED bulbs

The lights are very easy to install, just screw them in the socket like a regular bulb. The arms that hold the LEDs are made of metal and are adjustable, the center piece where the driver is placed is made of plastic. I installed 4 of the 60W lights in a pole barn, about 15 ft above the ground. They provide way better light comparing with the previous 200W incandescent bulbs. And help me save money on power. All 4 are installed on the same circuit and there is a slight delay when the lights turn on, two of them turn on slightly faster than the other two. It does not bother me, I was expecting one second delay, but identical lights should turn on at the same time.

No motion but bright

No motion detection but I didn't expect it since that not what I ordered. HOWEVER- it doesn't work with my existing wall mounted motion detector! Tried to replace a 100 watt flood lamp and it failed to turn on. So I put it in another socket to replace a CFL and I'm very happy with how it light up my garage.

Brite lights

This is a smallish light but it really lightes up my 2 car garage. I had 4 rows of double flouresent that were always burning out either the tubes or the ballast. Now I have 1 light. I rarely change any of my garage lights.

Bright Lights

These lights screw right into a light socket such as a garage, basement or shop. They are exceptionally bright. They hesitate a split second before they come on when you throw the switch on, unlike a regular light bulb that comes on almost instantly. A nice white light that you can't look at because it's so bright. I put one over an ironing board and in the high ceiling in my garage and they light everything up 10x better than any 100 watt bulb.

And there was light

I bought this product to replace the fluorescent fixtures in my garage. I first bought 2 fixtures to just test them out. There was a dramatic improvement replacing 2 out of the 4 fixtures. The first time my wife came home into the garage she noticed and askes when i was going to change the other two fixtures. After getting stamp of approval, i proceeded to order and change out the other fixtures. No more dim yellow light in my garage!! Installation was rather simple. I had to buy and install some bulb bases. Once the bases were wired up and installed, the leds just screwed in like a regular light bulb!

Extremely Bright Garage Lights

I used six of these as I am cleaning out and sealing up my basement. These are “extremely” bright for being a 60w bulb. You really have to get use to how bright they are. Great for garage as I have six of them out there also. I would definitely recommend these and just texted/recommended them to my uncle got his garage. 5 stars for sure!

Great product, does exactly what it should do

Well I was going to do a more extensive retrofit of my garage lighting but ran into these. All I can say is that they are: Very Simple Very Bright Very Quick So I think they were exactly what I wanted. They have brighten every corner of my otherwise dark garage.

Makes a HUGE difference and as easy as screwing in a light bulb (insert joke here)

How many (blank) does it take to screw in this light bulb? Just me! So easy and no assembly required. This item comes with a safety hanging wire and screws, but the unit is light and secure with just being screwed into the standard E26 light bulb socket. I took a gamble upon purchase as I had no idea what an E26 bulb socket was. I looked it up only for this review in case it helps someone smarter than me. Got a standard ceiling bulb? Unscrew it and screw this in snugly and your done. Check out my pictures. It's incredible what this light did for the basement/crawlspace underneath my condo. I posted a photo of before/after one on top of the other, but also re-posted them separately in case Amazon reduces file size/definition. The brighter of the two is obviously with this new light. I am honestly super pleased with the results. So much so that I've added another deformable LED garage light to replace the standard "E26" bulb in my attic as well. One note - it takes about half a second for the light to come on. Probably because it has to power all those LED's. The ability to adjust the panel angles is very convenient and helps to angle the light to get all the corners. Don't look at the light directly for too long - it's really that bright and doing so left me seeing spots. Guess that wasn't such a bright idea. Feel free to ask questions... review feedback appreciated. Oh, and about not using the safety wire attachment, I'm not telling you not to use it. I just personally don't think it's necessary. ;) Thanks!

So far so GREAT (will review again if longevity/durability sucks)

(We just got these, so I will update if they burnout quickly or if they don't work well in a cold garage). These were the lowest priced lights of this type I could find on Amazon. They are VERY BRIGHT, so don't look at them when you turn them on. The adjustability feature is great (2 the lights easily cover a 1-1/2 car garage). They are LED so they should last long and not use much electricity. They come with the "anti-falling hanger" (like most of the others of this design do), but I have no idea why you would need to use it. (If you have a problem with lightbulbs unscrewing themselves, you better get an exorcist. Unfortunately, you can only get the movie on Amazon, not an actual exorcist.)
