Very fun activity, relaxing, a must try!

Now I see why people have been loving this activity!!! Talk about a fun way to keep yourself busy. I got it today and after I arranged my diamonds in my little diamond holder and labeled them by the legend provided on the side of the canvas it was time to start. I was really enjoying placing the diamonds and just forgetting about stresses. It is a very cool activity. I linked a picture of my progress after 1 hour and 45 minutes. This design won’t take long at all and it really relaxes you. I’m not a crafty person, but I love seeing how adding the diamonds really makes the picture come to life and it doesn’t require much artistic ability at all. The only gripe I have is the pen doesn’t pick up the larger diamonds so you have to place and push it around gently on the canvas to get it to go onto the adhesive. But that isn’t a huge deal.

Beautiful, Easy and Fast

OWL (4 Stars): First, let me start by saying, Amazon would not let me post separate reviews for both the Owl and the Tree. Therefore, I have listed them both here. The various pieces are beautiful and it was super easy to complete. Part of it being super easy is why I gave this 4 stars. I have completed actual Diamond Dotz kits where the dotz go all to the way to the edge of the fabric and some that don't. However, both of those types did require the entire picture to be completed in the dotz. This one does not go to the edge and there are big spaces where it is just a color on the fabric that doesn't require dotz (see up close photo). It still came out very pretty, but not really what I was looking for, so far as detail was concerned. This is a great stress relieving craft and that's what I use it for. TREE (5 Stars): The various pieces are beautiful and it was super easy to complete. Note there are spaces in between the dotz that are empty, with just a color on the fabric. They are small and don't distract from the finished product. It turned out very pretty and I finished this in just a few hours (4-5). Also, if you don't have a light pad for this purpose, I highly suggest you get one. It makes it very easy to see the symbols that correspond with the color dotz. Something to store the dots in while completing the project is a must, too. I bought this one on Amazon and it comes with a lot of wax for refilling the dabber (if you do a lot of these, you won't need wax for a very long time) and extra tools (for when you are working on a regular Diamond Dotz design). Definitely need more like this

This was a fantastic son picture to do, probably because it had pretty rhinestone stones and not just the plastic drills. Wish there were more like this cuz it's so much fun to do. Highly recommend

Love these. I have not started on this one but did make a huge nativity. I loved it. Just keep the protective sheet on as you don't want it to get dusty as you work. The one thing I didn't care for was at times I could not tell by the markings what bead I was to use. But it all worked out.

Crazy Owl

This little guy was fun to do with easy to see and recognize symbols, although the special size diamonds were a little rougher for me to place... I needed to use the tweezer's to place the odd sized gems and I have bad hands (arthritis and some trembling) so it took a bit of work on my part to get those gems placed correctly. But this crazy owl is still cute as a button and I cannot wait to frame and hang him!
