As an electrician who’s sick of buying batteries for all my little gadgets, I’ve been investing in different options to eliminate disposable batteries. I decided to give this a try for devices where portability isn’t a major concern. (Of course, if portability is a necessity, stick to rechargeables). As you can see in my photo, my multimeter showed a voltage of 3.406V. An Alkaline AA battery has a nominal voltage of 1.5V, so two of them in series should be 3V. However, most new AA batteries that are fresh out of the box will show a voltage in the 1.6-1.8V range. So I’m quite pleased to see that the voltage of this eliminator is just a tad on the high side. It more accurately replicates the actual voltage of two brand new AA batteries in series. In conclusion I would recommend this for a variety of applications. One common usage for these is some kind of LED strip light, or Christmas lights. I used to live with someone who decorated with LED candle lights, and in hindsight I wish I had a few of these. I talked one person into getting this for a video game controller, as he doesn’t mind the small cable, and he’s sick of burning through AAs every few days. Hope this helps.

Absolutely perfect

So far these are perfect. I used them in luminara candles. You just take the batteries out and put them in using this item, plug the adapter in the wall and you're all set to go. it's wonderful because you can let your candles go 24 hours a day and never have to worry about replacing the batteries. I actually liked them so much I bought two more sets so I can use it Christmas

No more rechargeable batteries or short run times

We bought this as an experiment for our indoor solar powered mushroom lights which were purchased from Lowes 3 years ago. The mushroom lights ran on 2 AA rechargeable batteries, and they were very dependent on sunlight plus they were losing as much as 50% run time (3-4 hours shorter per night) due to their old age. Rather than take chances with new rechargeable batteries and shortened daylight hours in the winter, we bought this Lenink AA battery eliminator. We removed the aging rechargeable batteries from the lights, disconnected the solar charging wires, inserted the Lenink eliminator along with one of the blanks, and connected the power cord to a 3 dollar timer. The mushroom lights now turn on daily from 6PM to 6AM without losing any brightness, and they are twice as bright! Our only concern was that the mushroom lights might burn out soon and we'd have to toss them, but several months have passed and all 3 mushrooms are still well lit. The experiment was a success thanks to the Lenink battery eliminator.

Great way to Replace Batteries

I used the Lenink AA Battery Eliminator Power Supply Adapter, to power a radio. It works great, no buzz or hum from t he AC I will order A few more for other battery devices.. I recommend this product.

Really fantastic adapter!!!!

I always end up hard wiring my lighted signs from a battery pack to a wall plug. Was feeling lazy and not wanting to bust out the soldering iron to switch stuff over when I found this adapter. I was a bit skeptical of this before i got it but I can say im super impressed by it. One of the battery adapters is loose and the other one has the barrel connecter attached to it via a tape wire. The tape wire is fantastic as it fits and slips out of the battery door cover perfectly. Plugged in the second battery to complete the circuit and plugged the adapter into the barrel connector and the wall and powered up my sign. Lit up perfectly and am again just so pleasantly surprised. Super happy with this adapter and will certainly be purchasing more.

I have a bunch of Christmas decorations that use batteries. I hate having to turn them all off and on everyday. I have been looking for a solution like this for years... because I was able to plug in items, they were all on timers like all my other stuff. My dream that that they some day have a AAA solution!

This is simple to use and works great!

I was looking for a way to provide AC power to a Pocket Wizard unit that does not have an option for AC power. I was all set to cut a hole for the cord in the side of the battery door but the wire is so thin that I was able to use this setup without cutting anything. Really nice product for adapting AC power to many things not designed for it!!!

Never buy batteries again for festive lights requiring AA batteries.

Great product especially for holiday lights that require batteries. Allows a person to leave the lights on all the time without worry and expense of replacing batteries every 2-3 days. Easy installation and slip battery cover back on. Now your batteries will never run down.

Works perfectly

I have some small decorative Christmas lights that I use year-round in my massage studio to create a soft light. I was going through two AA’s a week, plus the light would get really dim after just a couple days as the batteries wore down. This item works perfectly and saved the day! Now I have continual light at one level of brightness and no battery waste! I love this item.

Save Your Money - Buy This Not That

The perfect solution for those small items that need constant battery replacement. I have a small fountain I purchased for the office to calm me during this stressful COVID-19 time. But it requires AA batteries, and if run more than six hours a day, the batteries only last for one and one half days. I did my research and found this beauty on Amazon. Within 48 hours of ordering I was in business and in Zen mode. Buy This Not That!
