First let me start off by saying parental advisory on this review. So I just installed my new Gator cover and it was pretty easy. Not as easy as the town hussy but close. I’m about as handy as Captain Hook but I managed to install it properly. The cover looks great. It’s pretty flush to the bed and secures well. I give it 5 stars based on the price $199, the ease to install and the look. No it’s not the best cover on the makert but for $199 it is. I wouldn’t suggest trying to bang some tramp on the cover it’s not that sturdy but if you want to lock your side chick in the bed to hide her from the wife it does the job.

So I've had this cover now for a couple months and I have to say I am really impressed with it. I've had to remove it twice, which by the way is the reason I bought it because its a truck and i need access to my whole bed from time to time, and this cover allows for that quite easily. It is a good quality cover, better than I expected at this price point and it really looks good on the truck. When I'm driving and the wind blows across it, it does not make any noise either. I am pretty particular about what I put on my truck and I would certainly buy this again. I will say one thing that I've done to potentially increase the life of this is, the plastic knobs that tighten in down at the front, I went onto Amazon and found some star shaped clamping nuts that have metal threads on them because they are easier to tighten and I think they will last longer. As often as I take it off, I can see the plastic ones not being able to last long. Other than that, I am very happy and pleased with this purchase.

I should have gotten one of these long ago. It's very useful. We got it so that we could go on vacation and put all the luggage in the back, and keep it from getting wet. It does that well. It also will keep casual thieves away, though someone could cut it open pretty quickly. This thing goes on easy. It's a breeze. And, if I'm hauling lumber, I just fold it up, snap the straps together, and load up. I've had it a few months in the Florida rain and sun, and it's held up well, and I expect it to continue to hold up well. I am very well pleased with this very well made truck bed cover.

Have had this for several months now and it is a great product. Washes good with a simple soft carwash brush and some mild soap like Dawn. Keeps the bed nice and dry so far. I did test it when I washed my truck and bed did not have water in it. One thing about the kit, there is a piece of seal that come in the kit to go around the tailgate. If you have a plastic side rails, I would use that seal at the front of the bed then pick up more for the tailgate at the parts store or order more on amazon.

I installed the Gator ETX Soft Roll Up Truck Bed Tonneau Cover on my 2019 Ford F-150 XLT STX 4X4 6.6' bed. Tonneau rails mounted on inside of the truck bed rails for a low profile. This worked fine with my plastic bed covers. Did not take long to install about 45 minutes by my self. Looks good, fits tight, easy install. I give it 5 stars based on the price I paid for it on sale 2019 Memorial Day week end $169.15. Lifetime Warranty on the frame and a 10-year warranty on the tarp. Plus MADE IN THE USA. I will report back after long-term usage.

I bought this cover due to the reviews and price. I was a little worried as i had seen reviews that people had problems with leaks or the latching not holding the cover correctly. We the product arrived i opened it the same day and finished the install in about 20 mins with minimal tools. Pros: the cover seems to be made of a good quality material. It seals out MOST things. I went through thunder storms and a carwash and the bed stayed dry. Dust however will find its way inside. The latching works well just be sure to follow the instructions and line the rails up correctly or they wont work as expected. This does not require drilling or cutting your truck. Cons: The rubber material that seals the outer edges appears to not like the hot temperatures or sunlight of Texas in the summer. The glue holding them down started to peel away slightly which was fixed using a stronger adhesive. Note for install: Leave the clamps holding everything down slightly loose to make final minor adjustments when you unfold the cover to line it up. Then lay on your back, slide into the bed and tighten them while the cover is still unfolded. Once tightened you should be fine to move it about. This will help make a better seal to keep water out and ensure the latches hold true. I would assume this is where many customers have issues. Overall great product, great price, and no regrets. Get it.

Delivered in under a week, despite the delivery estimate telling me not to expect it for at least 2 more weeks! VERY happy about that... In fact, I ordered May 15 and the date code on the cover was May 17. They must make them custom as the orders come in. Package arrived in perfect condition, not even a ding on any of the corners of the box. Cover inside was in perfect shape as well. There was a roll of gasket included with it, but the instructions didn't mention it anywhere. After placing the cover in it's initial position, I noticed a small gap between the cover and the top of the bed on the cab side. The gap is caused by the side caps on the truck bed being higher than the bed itself, so it made sense that the gasket was intended for that area. I cut the gasket to size, cleaned the surface with the included alcohol wipe, and applied the gasket to the top of the bed. After re-positioning the cover over the gasket, I proceeded with the install. During the tightening of the clamps, I also noticed that where the bed caps on my truck wrap underneath the sides of the bed; they extend slightly (maybe 1/16") beyond the metal edge. I noticed it because as I tightened the clamps, they contacted the plastic before pulling up tight to the metal lip. This caused a slight bow in the plastic cap which I thought might be a problem later on if I ever removed the tonneau. I used a razor knife to trim the plastic everywhere the clamps needed to go (fore and aft). After getting all the trimming done, I set the clamps per the instructions. I am VERY pleased with the quality and the fit. It appears that it is very well sealed all the way around, and I do not expect any water penetration. My Conclusion: I considered several different covers, and read the reviews carefully. Overall - this is one of the (if not *the*) least expensive tonneau covers made for the F150. However, I would be very surprised if any of the more expensive covers are of any better quality. I am so far extremely pleased with this cover. I expect that opinion will not change over time...

As always, amazon delivered this right on time. I love this bed cover. I opened the box and was pleased to see everything I needed for a quick installation. After reading many reviews about the gap that is left at the top of the bed, due to the design of the truck not the cover, I installed the weather stripping. I then lined up the cover, tightened down the clamps and boom!, installation done!. Took all of 20 minutes from opening the box to completion. Here in Florida, we get some intense storms in the afternoon and the day of installation was no exception. 30 minutes after I installed the cover, a severe thunderstorm rolled through with major winds and rain. The rain was blowing sideways across my truck for more than 30 minutes. When everything calmed down I opened the bed and looked in with a flashlight. Not a drop of water got in. Completely dry!! Very impressive !! Highly recommend this cover.

Leasing my '20 Plat, so I didn't want to spend a lot on a cover. I just need something to protect any cargo from the elements. I had a Lund Genesis Elite roll-up on my '18 F-150 XLT, and it cost just a bit more than this one. I really liked the canvas material of that cover, but it has its share of faults at its given price point. But I'll tell you, this one was by far easier to install. Additionally, I love the fact that there are rubber seals all around the rails and cover. The Lund used cheaper foam tape. Also, a simple, one handed operation to open the cover is key. Most require a simultaneous two-handed op to open. The cover support rod ends are softly padded as to minimize NVH. Finally, it's low profile! The Lund sat on top of the bed, whereas this sits practically level (maybe 0.25" above), like the more expensive ones out there. I'll be honest, I'm floored by the overall quality and ease of installation for this cover. Cover seems to be made of some type of thick, marine grade vinyl, made to imitate leather. I would recommend this over and over again if you just need a simple roll-up cover for your F-150. Do NOT hesitate. I'm floored that this is only $200! It's a steal, and it's made here in the USA. No, this is NOT a paid review. I'm just that happy about it. Total install time for me was 45 min, YMMV.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of this cover, ESPECIALLY for the price! It fits very securely for when I keep valuable tools and other items in the bed. The channels direct water to the front or rear of the bed, and it comes with tubes to run through the plugs in the front of the bed. That's nice so your items do not get wet. I HATE when I see a truck with a hard cover that sits up 1" from the sides of the bed. The look just seems unfinished to me. Instead, this cover sits pretty low on the sides of the bed, with a very streamlined looks. The install was very easy! Just bolt on the rails and lay the cover on top. I like that you can pull the cords to unlock each panel via the nylon plastic clips. There is a cord on each side, so you don't have to run back and forth! My only complaint about the particular model that I bought (Tri-fold).... I thought I bought one that would fold 3 times, so you can access the entire bed. In reality the "Tri" fold actually only folds TWICE. When it is fully opened, 1/3 of the bed stays covered. This isn't a huge issue for the most part, and I can quickly remove the whole cover if I need to access the entire bed. However, given the opportunity to purchase it again, I would buy the quad fold version of this, for the few times that I need the full bed to be open.
