I just received the TOGUARD H20 Mini Trail Camera. What an incredible device. The H20 has all the functions of a larger camera at less than half the price and footprint. I have attached a size comparison photo of the TOGUARD H20 next to the Campark T70. Both are great cameras. The still picture quality of the H20 is excellent and the motion video is of equal quality. It is my observation that the motion sensitivity range exceeds the specification. Most of my motion triggers are at 60 to 100 feet. The camera also performs well at the specified motion trigger range. The H20 manual is well written and guides the user through the setup and operation of the camera. The H20 camera uses four AA batteries but a hidden surprise has revealed itself. The TOGUARD H20 mini has an external power connector. This is an extremely valuable feature to me. Most trail cameras at this price do not have an external power connection and AA batteries quickly rack up. I use rechargeable batteries on all my trail cameras and to find a camera at this price, with the quality of video and still pictures, the motion sensitivity range, with zero learning curve to setup and operate and an external battery connection is a real find. A big plus with TOGUARD and Campark products is the Customer Service. It is my experience that all inquiries receive an email reply within 12 hours. This is basically the Time Zone difference. You cannot go wrong with the TOGUARD H20 Mini Trail Camera, I strongly recommend this camera for all applications the incorporate motion sensitivity.

Absolutely well worth the price! Compact design takes great 12MP pictures and vivid 1080FHD videos with IR night vision. Factory settings are spot on for what we need. Very easy to operate and has numerous settings to suit your needs. We use it for home security on the inside or outside the house. As you can see in the videos we staged a robbery in progress (LOL) in both day and night scenarios. What great images! We definitely recommend this camera to anyone wanting to catch a thief, annoying critters damaging property or game hunting.

This is a TINY trail camera and I love it. I want 5 more! Easy to use, you just put in the 4 AA batteries and an SD card and strap it to a tree. It also has a gimble-type mount you can screw down to a surface. But the strap works very well. Turn it on and walk away. You can get photos and/or video clips. There are lots of options in the menu to set up what you need. It has a nice range and it senses thermal as well as motion. Nice resolution. I can't wait to take this camping this weekend! The photos and video show 2 different set ups. Both are the same tree in the same park on the same day. It is bright and sunny out. The fist view is with the ducks in the shade and the background is brightly lit. The second is with everything in the shade. You can see cars moving past in both views, to help you see the frame rate and resolution of the camera.

Great camera for the price, minus a few issues I can live with. First of all, it's only $30 so you can't expect the same results as a top shelf $500 camera so most of my complaints are really non-issues.. I only had my camera up for 6 days and had just under 1,000 pics/vids which is on par with other cameras I've had at my hunting blind so I know it's triggering as often as it needs to. The video quality is very good, as well as the day time photos. The build appears well made and durable, but one major plus is a rubber gasket that runs the length of the unit to give it a true seal when closed. I live in FL and many of my higher end cameras end up with condensation inside the compartment because of the lack of a seal-able surface. This camera was completely dry when I opened it up. The screen is fairly small and hard to see, but it's also a very concealable camera so there's not much of a choice there. The only cons I can find are the buttons and night vision quality. Many of my NV pics were clear and easy enough to see what was showing up. But I had a good number that you can barely make anything out at all. The other gripe was the buttons. Incredibly loud and also hard to read in low light conditions. They're tan buttons with no inlays on the letters, so even with my healthy 30 year old eyes it was near impossible to read with my light on dim. And when I finally figured them out the click was so audible I had to cover it with my backpack as to not alert the game in my area when browsing my pictures. It would be nice to see rubber buttons in the future with different colored letters for easier identification. Overall I'm very satisfied with my camera, and I would buy again. The sellers customer service is top notch and typically gets back to you within 24 hours, which is better than most big name companies.

I bought this camera about two weeks ago. It takes 4AA batteries, though it has a DC port available. The box did not include an AC/DC adapter, so you will have to buy that separately if you want to plug it in. This isn't a problem if you keep it near a home, but remember it's a "TRAIL CAMERA" and really designed for use out in the middle of nowhere. I recommend you buy some rechargeable batteries and keep a set ready to go, just to be safe. The camera is light and plastic. It feels a bit like a toy, but the housing is designed to take a beating...just like a toy. In my opinion, it's clever to make it out of tough plastic like this. The housing clamps shut and keeps moisture out. I had no problems keeping it in my backyard during recent rain. The camera comes with several accessories, including mounting gear and computer connection cord. The unit can be mounted on a standard tripod screw as well, and comes with a bracket that will allow you to set it up in a permanent spot. The user manual is a joy. Whomever wrote it actually knows English and grammer very well. Descriptions were clear and correct, and easy to follow. The On/Setup/Off switch was the most confusing thing for me ... until I read the manual. OFF is off. Setup is for using the menu system to set the camera options and to review video. The ON selection was the confusing thing...there wasn't any indication that the camera was READY and ON. Looking back on it, this makes sense because you don't want to let the things you're filming know that there is a camera recording them. Just know that it works as intended, and is described in the manual. Read the manual! I have attached a video of actual use. I captured my son and his children being a human train. The camera and area were in very, VERY LOW light. I was impressed that there was still color available. The daylight color and crispness are excellent. The night vision is excellent. The audio is excellent, better than I expected. The lens has a very wide angle of view and managed to capture detail all the way across the field (see video). The software/menu system is easy to use. Setup and installation were simple and very fast, especially if you understand how the ON/OFF switch works (LOL). Transferring or reviewing video is easy and seamless. It recorded in .AVI format. The camera stores clips up to a number you select. I had it set for 5 second bursts. You can record longer. You can also set a trigger time so you avoid capturing birds that fly by but don't stay in front of the camera. Videos do not loop. The card will fill up and you have to transfer and delete to use it again. The maximum card they recommend is 32Gigs. I used an 8 gig card and it's fine for my purposes. IMPORTANT: This is not a baby monitor, this is not a dash-cam, and this is not a security camera!!! This is a TRAIL camera to capture wildlife doing their "thing" in a natural environment. For what it's meant to do, it does it very well. Don't try to use this camera for stuff it's not designed to do...you'll just be frustrated. Overall, I am very impressed by this camera and it's quality, especially the ease of use and quality video/sound. As a TRAIL CAMERA, it is excellent and I'm happy I bought it. We're going to set it up in an area that we think might have coyotes. Of course, if a person passes by, their movements will also be captured, but the video length would be limited. There were no "cons" for me as long as you read the manual. I'm pleased at how nice this camera is, and the price is reasonable. I would buy this camera again, and I would recommend it to my family and friends. It's a great way to get into filming wildlife at a good price point and with a quality lens in a package that's easy to use. Bottom line: Buy it. You won't be sorry.

Nice, compact camera. It automatically switches to night vision when needed, can take motion activated photos or video, can be set to record during specific times only or even time lapse like some of the pictures I uploaded. It comes with a tree strap and a mounting bracket for walls and requires 4 "AA" batteries. I recommend Alkaline over rechargable. I tried my NiMH batteries and since their normal voltage is 1.2v instead of 1.5v, they did not last very long. The alkalines lasted much longer.

Very easy to use right out of the box. I would suggest reading the manual first to get the most out of the unit. It's an easy read and straightforward. Set up is easy and if your eyesight isn't that great make sure you have your cheaters ready due to the small print on the set up buttons. Unit is compact and takes clear pictures day and night (see actual photos). Unit doesn't come with SD card or 4AA batteries. I used a SanDisk SDHC card 8GB and it holds over 2800 photos at the 12mp setting or 30min. video. Unit also has a 2" viewable screen so you can preview any images it has caught. A real bargain at this price. My prior trail camera was more than twice the cost of this one, used double the batteries and the pictures weren't as good as on this unit.

What a cool little gadget to have! The manufacture includes a bunch of mounting hardware that makes this super easy to use in any imaginable situation. The pictures are bright and crisp, The video and audio are good as well, however I will mainly use this for still shots. The on off and set up control button is underneath And the settings are inside. I had to use a magnifying glass to see the small writing, but that is not unusual for me and my poor eyesight. I did not read the directions so I don’t know if they were good or not, I’m fine with things like this it’s easier to figure it out on my own. This unit is a very simple and easy set up. It uses the larger size Memory card, which works well for me because I had a ton of them left over for other things that have switch to the smaller cards. The product is well made,user-friendly, easy to set up and operate. The manufacturer could easily sell theirs for three or four times the cost and still have happy customers. I hope they are not reading this review.LOL I paid right around $40 and in my opinion it was money well spent. You can buy this with confidence and no buyers remorse.

I was apprehensive getting the camera thinking it may only be used for hunting but I found otherwise. I was looking for a good quality camera and recording device to keep watch on days where I was expecting packages, as well as, a recorder to record my Chinchillas night activities so as to watch his behaviors for health purposes. I took the time to read through all of the instructions which did help with setting up the device. Please note you will need to purchase an SD card for the device as it does not come with one. Once I had the camera setup I found the video and pictures to be very clear and these were on the lowest resolution. The camera/video works just as good in the daylight however I realize that footage is more common, so I posted the night vision photos and video so you can get an idea. I felt the price was great for what you get and it is easily transportable for taking on trips, setting up when hunting or simple a home security camera. It comes with a USB so you can keep plugged in, however it also can use 4 AA batteries for times where that cannot be used. I would definitely recommend this camera if you are looking for a solid but not overly pricey camera/recorder.

I often feed wildlife in my yard, and wanted to see which critters were coming- especially at night. This camera is AMAZING! I have seen raccoons, several neighborhood cats, mice, and a few opossums- including one where you could see babies in her pouch (video included)!! The sensitivity of the camera is great- I had to turn it to the highest setting because it was capturing cars driving by ~50 feet away from the camera. Set up is easy, though it does take some patience as the buttons are a bit difficult to read.
