Works well for Kids and Adults

This product works well. I like the green background giving the green light on your reading temp. It is easy to use. It does not come with batteries, you will need to insert 2 AAA batteries. Price is good compared to the $50+ this works amazing and is contactless.

Very versatile

I purchased this as part of a baby shower gift so I have only used it once just to make sure it works. Product is durable and gets the job done. I'm sure that the recipient will be very happy with it as well.

Lots of uses

This seems to work really well and it seems accurate. You can not only take your temperature but also find the temperature of anything. This is a great tool to have around not just for when someone's sick.

Great Covid/Fever family screener.

We've never had good luck with these types of thermometers. This one works GREAT. Perfect for a quick screen. Haven't used it yet on someone with an actual fever but a random sampling of healthy people it seems to work well enough. Checking against a good ol' mercury thermometer (or whatever they use these days), and a digital oral thermometer shows it to be within a .5 degree Fahrenheit. Good value, others are 1.5x the price which is why we decided to 'try' this one.

really easy to set up and use

i really liked the thermometer.. I have a toddler at home and found it super handy.. to measure the kids temp and also to measure her room temperature.. very easy to use and set up

Tested it several times on the same spot on my skin. It gives a variance of 0.1F and I think it’s functioning as it intends to be. Easy to use, Easy to read number display, has a case and I like the background colors that changes based on temperature readings.

Generic but seems to work

While this is a Generic Chinese Thermometer that comes complete with a pamphlet in full CHINESE printing, it does seem to function and fairly easy to use. The mode indicator is really TINY to read if you are scanning an adult, child, or other but the Temperature is easy to read. I tested it against a name brand and they were with in .3 degrees of each other. I probably wouldn't solely rely on it in a critical situation but it will work in a pinch.

Easy to use

Super easy to use. There are different modes for adult vs child that can be changed easily and quickly with the push on a button. The thermometer can also be used in the easy, all you have to do is take off a cap and the device automatically puts it in ear mode. Put it cap back on and it goes back to infrared for forehead. Added plus...there is another mode that lets you take the temperature of objects. Its pretty accurate. I tested it and it was within 0.1 degree of a under the tongue thermometer.
