Very good night underware. Works for day use as well. Might have to change if there is a lot of tossing and turning at night, but better than the rest.

These are the best I've found I suffer from PTSD and take medication to help me sleep. I use a protective bed pad so I can wash them. But who wants to wake up on urine soaked bed pad. I've tried a number of protective adult diapers but I'm so pleased with this product I'm taking the time to write a review. Yes worth the money!

After my surgery I had to use these they work the best for at night very comfortable absorbent and reliable in the fit

The pants hold the moisture in better than the regular ones. Could be tighter in the leg area. My guy has skinny legs.
