CAN'T EVEN SNEAK BY!

Installed light in a walk-in pantry with an interior door. With the door closed and a 1/2" gap at the bottom, the light detects motion and turns on as we pass by! Even when you try to sneak by the closed door! Just mildly annoying! I jury-rigged a sweep (duct tape) at the bottom of the door and that solved the constant on/off of the sensor. Very bright you won't be disappointed

Product is super easy to install and super bright motion sensors go off a bit quickly if you stay in one spot but they helped us paint a car and then otherwise dark garage. The two pictures posted show the garage with the lights installed but not on and the second picture with the lights on you can see how brighter the garage is

Bright, convenient light!

UPDATE: The vendor sent me a replacement light and its motion sensor works fine! It's very convenient and super bright in our garage! GREAT customer service! ORIGINAL: I was very impressed by the light output of this BUT I purchased it for its on/off motion sensing capabilities and that doesn't appear to exist. There was no documentation with the unit, no external switches (some similar lights have switches to enable motion sensing mode) - and the light would never turn off. Sending it back.

Responsive and Good Construction

I really expected to pull a cheap plastic fixture out of the box and was VERY surprised at the quality of the (aluminum?) construction. The arms move easily and smoothly but are not loose and floppy, the "radar" is very snappy and appears to have around a 15' radius or so. Perfect garage light, especially being able to move the arms to make sure the light goes everywhere you need it. I have a 2 car garage with a bump on either side and 2 of these 8k lights are perfect. The off-delay seems to be about 1 minute or so. I'm looking for more places I can put these: if they're rated for it I might start putting them outside.

Bright and Very Motion Sensitive

These are plenty bright for my entire garage. I like the flexibility of aiming each of the three panels like I want. The motion sensor is crazy sensitive. The garage light now comes on immediately when I open the door, as opposed to the last light we had which waited until you stepped through the door to come on. It also comes on at night sometimes when a car just passes by outside the window. That never happened before with the other lights, but I just have to keep the side window covered now. The only negative I see is there is no adjustment for sensitivity, or for how long the light stays on. It stays on about 15 seconds after motion stops, so when I'm at my work bench I have to keep moving - or just turn another light on. I would like to be able to adjust that longer, about 30 seconds would be better I think. It's not a big deal if you have other lights. This light just gives you time to get to them when you first walk in, or drive in.

Awesome

I don't usually write reviews but these lights transformed my garage. Our garage was always dark with only 2 ceiling bulbs and no windows. With these new LED lights, it's amazing and bright. Now we don't have to use the light switch (which my kids always leave on) because they are motion activated. Love these.

These lights are the real deal!

We did not buy the motion detector lights because in the details, they must be 8 meters apart. We don't have that much space. These 2 lights arrived just in time while my husband and 2 young refugees were measuring and building things in our garage for their fledgling business. They quickly climbed the ladder and could not believe the difference these lights made in the work area. We absolutely love them! The next day, all that was needed was a small adjustment to the paddles to throw light into the farthest corners of our 2 car garage. We highly recommend as of now. We will see how durable they are.

Wicked bright!

Holy crapoli! Wear sunglasses when installing it. I thought it was bright during the day. Nighttime wowza! And super sensitive. Motion sensor! We are going to see what we are working on now! My cats love how bright it is. And I now can paint at night (cause that’s something everyone does). It gives me more work time, maybe we will finish our remodel.

Excellent tool

Our garage door opener light stopped working, and could only be fixed by replacing the whole opener. Since the opener itself was working fine, we decided to install a motion activated light in the garage instead. We merely replaced a manually controlled light bulb in the garage with this device. Works like a champ! We leave the light switch in the "ON" position, and the light is activated whenever anything moves in the garage. The light is even brighter than the 100 watt bulb we replaced.

Amazing light!!!

Absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough about the many different uses for this particular light. I’ve been using it in the laundry room and it works perfect. Easy to adjust and it motion activated so I never worry about fumbling with a switch
