Quality, large yarn bowl. It is worth it!

Likes: 1. This bowl is very large. It can hold a couple balls of yarn. 2. Well made. It is ceramic and thick. Built to last unless you drop it. 3. There is foam at the bottom of the bowl to prevent it from moving while your yarn is unwinding. 4. Stable.

I've been wanting one of these for years but was not willing to pay exorbitant money to get one from a local potter. I will say I wouldn't have picked this color. It's way beyond bright orange. It holds a big ball of yarn and the yarn stays put as you are pulling on it. I do loom knitting for dishcloths and this is great!

I crochet - never was coordinated enough to knit!

But both use yarn and that causes the same problem - do you have it on your lap and have to make sure it doesn't "escape" and roll across the floor? Or stick it in a plastic bag to try and keep it from any escape? Neither works very well - a ball of yard is "rollable!" Enter this nice bowl with the decorative squiggle that will keep your yarn from tangling or getting away from you! I find this bowl to be essential for when I crochet!
