Mirror Cake

My wife used these to make a mirror glaze cake for our sons first birthday. As you can see my wife worked her magic and however they were used in the making of this cake, it turned out amazing! I guess there are many uses for these beefy sheets of gelatin!

Saved My Life from Gelatin Powder Hassle

Pro: So much easier to use than powder gelatin! When I used gelatin powder, either the powder wouldn’t fully dissolve, or the texture would be inconsistent. Every time with these sheets has been perfect. Con: 1. This is cheaper than most options on Amazon but still kind of pricey. 2. No instructions on the package so you’ll have to figure out how much to use each time.

Much better results than powder gelatin

I have use this product for a Nougat mousse, I have made during Christmas and turned fabulous; very smooth and silky. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an alternative to powder gelatin. It’s very easy to use.

Soup Dumplings!

Used it to make my own soup dumplings. It was easy and dissolved quickly. Very quick delivery, great value — I think there were 20 or so sheets — very pleased with my purchase.

Did exactly what it was supposed to.

I had to make some high alcohol volume Jello shots. With regular gelatin, this is not possible. This stuff worked great! Even as the shots melted with heat, they firmed right back up with refrigeration. I'll def buy again when I need this kind of quality.

Perfect for making Macaron fillings

Used it to make Mango Macaron filling and it worked beautifully. Has a nice bloom. Suggest it for any bakers kitchen. I wish it was cheaper.
