Super cute and perfect for hats!

I’m not sure why the only review on this item was one star.. I think these poms are great. They do have the elastic loop which I’ve never worked with before but I figured I could just see a bottom to the top of the hat and loop it on, that was it’s removable for washing. They are a little smashed due to the way they are packaged but fluffing then up with a blow dryer works just fine. Lots of cute colors too, I’m planning on ordering another lot of different colors!
