Best I’ve tried so far.

Out of all the coffee I’ve ordered so far. This is my favorite. Not sure how to describe the taste. But it seems bright and has a almost freshly hayed field scent after roasting. Very pleasant smell and excellent taste. I’ll be ordering more for sure. I found it very smooth with a nice finish when roasted a little into second crack.

Overall great Tried all their coffee, yirgachef, sidamo, and guji. Few defects, roast well, and fresh.
